We went back today after few years to enjoy the delicious pizza was made in that location, sadly we were very disappointed with everything. From the disgusting sauce on the pizza to the flat soda after waiting about one hour and spend about $70 for two large pizzas and a couple of beers . New management really sucks please consider closing that joint. Miss you Partners and the grate pizza you used to make there 2016-2019 ?

Lady that took order was kind. Food got a chicken finger sub it was off the wrapper chicken off sub not toasted no sauce. Just awful got moz sticks they were back 2 different sets you can tell my color and texture mushed so bad wasn't even going to try. Never ordering from there again.

Placed an order at 2:24 am, was told it would be delivered “within the hour”. Called back at 3:47 and was told it was already out for delivery. The food didn’t come until 4:30am and was cold, despite the delivery driver’s adamant “the food’s real hot still, be careful” as he handed it over.

It was obvious that the food had not been out for delivery when we called at 3:47, and it would have been nice for them to tell us such, so we could have cancelled the order and saved ourselves the ridiculous price, and saved their employees the obvious trouble of having to make and deliver out food.

Will NEVER order from here again.

1 Star for being edible. Ordered the pizza and was told 45-60 minutes. I called at the 60 minutes and was told driver should be there soon. Pizza was delivered 1 and a half hours after initial order. Pizza was barely cooked and I had to reheat in my oven. Also, I’ve never heard of putting the wet soggy canned mushrooms on a pizza. It should be fresh mushrooms. I will never order from here again.

Management is terrible workers don’t cooperate with customer's they hang up the phone purposely to not take orders this place needs to be shut down ASAP !!

Ordered over the phone poor communication, poor verbal skills and customer service. The guy took my name and number down and repeated back to me. So after 30 mins I take a 5 minute walk to the restaurant because I dont live far away, I get there I waited 20 more mins just to be told they don’t have my order in the system. Then tells me 30 more mins to make a small pizza. Place stinks outside no joke go see, cats running around the side garbage everywhere inside kitchen gotta be worse! Unprofessional ghetto atmosphere never going back and I advise others to go somewhere else if you can you will be disappointed and left hungry or if you do get your food hope you do t get sick can’t be very clean inside there I bet $ on it!

Ordered pizza 12:26am and told take to get here 45mins. Now 2:26am no pizza delivered yet and they not answering the phone call. They scammed it. Charged money but, Not sure I’m gonna get the pizza before sunrise.
First time in buffalo NY and first food that I’m trying to get, very disappointed and hungry tired horrible weekend just about to start because of them.

This is no longer Partners. This was our go to for chicken finger pizza, but not anymore. The chicken finger pizza was just a giant cheesy breadstick with chicken finger pieces on it. I asked for blue cheese base sauce, and bbq chicken fingers. The crust was dry as a bone and the chicken fingers were hardly sauced. Very disappointed.
