Pattaya Street Food is one of my favorite bazaar businesses, and the lunch I had today was excellent. The rice noodle salad delivers such a balanced bite, with the spiciness of the noodles and chicken perfectly complimenting the freshness of the cilantro, cucumber, and lettuce. I also love the hard boiled egg to top it off. It is perfectly seasoned food, and a huge, very satisfying portion. This is a really phenomenal dish.
