I’ve been going to Phovan for years, so I was surprised during my recent visit. The restaurant has been remodeled a bit and does look nice, and while the menu is slightly smaller, it still offers most of the same dishes. I ordered my usual favorite dish, which I would have rated a 10/10 in the past. Unfortunately, this time it was more of a 6 or 7. The dish was missing at least two ingredients that I immediately noticed were no longer included, which affected both the flavor...
