Excellent smoothies for all types and sizes friendly helpful service sorry Star bucks cafe in Barnes and noble location planet smoothie have big thick cookies of all kinds excellent prices and service good food I always usually buy cookies when I buy smoothing from there I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves cookies , and smoothies very colorful stand they have there. If I am having good day I will leave tip for person who waits on me not always I don't make that much for my paycheck always leave tips for hard working people who excellent service nothing you can do out of your control

i am a regular at this place, usually the service is nice and the smoothies are good, but today the woman working was very rude and not professional. I’m not sure what her name is, she was working 9/24 at 4pm and she was blonde. She was talking to her friends who already had their smoothies and were half finished. She saw that we were waiting behind them for a good 5 minutes and didn’t greet us or anything until her friends decided to leave. Then by the time we got to the counter she was very short and rude, im assuming she was upset we wanted a smoothie while her friends visited her. She made them while slamming everything she could and placed them on the counter without saying anything. I’m really disappointed because I loved coming here, but I’m afraid to come back and deal with her bad attitude and disrespect.

I had a card in my wallet that I got as part of a prize about a year ago. I tried to use it today and the girl at the counter said "it says 2009." I told her that the date had been crossed out when I received the card and she said "that's not my problem." So, I didn't order and didn't order for the rest of my family which would have been five more smoothies.
