The New West Seneca location was a perfect stop after a Volleyball tournament ! Enjoyed a Cosmic Cocoa with peanut butter, cocoa, bananas, frozen yogurt, and nonfat milk for the kiddo and a Heavenly Bowl with Nutella®, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, and açai base for the athlete. Troy was very busy serving and near the end of shift and yet he was kind, patient, and showed great customer service with a smile. Best smoothie around. We will be back !!👍👍

Love Planet Smoothie!!!! Every Xmas and Birthday my wife expects a gift certificate. We can’t go to the McKinley Mall without stopping by Planet Smoothie & getting 2 Strawberry Coladas.

Kaitlyn made me an amazing smoothie called the Banana Mud Pie. It’s super good! She provided great service, was quick, and gave fantastic recommendations. The smoothie is a limited-time option but absolutely worth it—10/10. I will definitely be back!
