Delicious Food and Great Atmosphere – A Must-Visit Spot!
My aunt and I went for dinner, and it was my first time at Potter's Field. We ordered the baked French onion soup, cheese-stuffed hot banana peppers, and the grilled Reuben sandwich—along with a couple of beers, of course. Everything was absolutely delicious!
The French onion soup had great flavor, perfectly portioned ingredients, and that lovely melted cheese. The banana peppers were flavorful but not too hot (thankfully), and the Reuben was just the right amount of messy—packed with flavor.
The portions were generous, pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere and décor were great, adding to the overall experience. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit boisterous inside, making it hard to hear my aunt at times. I can only imagine how loud it gets when it's packed!
Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, and it could easily become a neighborhood favorite.
Had the Cajun chicken and tortellini and it was very good fresh ingredients and very flavorful
Food is great and atmosphere is always good
The place is always too loud! They need to fix the acoustics. Spend money and get some sound boards...it's a great place and would give a 5 star rating but just too loud!
They served the absolute best Reuben I have ever had throughout all my travels. I will think about that sandwich for years to come! It's a great little local pub and a fun place to be.
My husband and I ordered take out Friday - pick up time was super fast - and the food was incredible!!!! We will be back !
My husband and I were returning home to West Virginia from Niagara falls. We stopped there for lunch. My husband raved about the french dip roast beef. Great service great food. Thankyall
Really great. Service was excellent
My Aunt and I went for dinner (my first time), we ordered the baked french onion soup, cheese stuffed hot banana peppers, and the grilled reuben sandwich; with beers of course. Everything was perfectly delicious! The soup had great flavor, well portioned with ingredients, lovely melted cheese; the peppers were not too hot (thankfully) and well balanced with flavor, and the reuben (a tad messy, as it should be) was delicious! The portions, pricing, service, and atmosphere/décor are excellent. My only complaint.... its boisterous inside. It was hard to hear my aunt talking to me. I can only imagine when it gets packed. lol Overall, it's definitely worth visiting, or making your neighborhood spot.

Neighborhood tavern with great food, friendly, fun-loving staff. You won't regret it. They have a patio with tables, umbrellas, and outside service. They just added more space inside.
Had a steak sandwich with sweet potato fries....delicious!
