As a nurse, we have ordered many times from Rachel’s... they always mess up the order and offer nothing when we call. We keep ordering from there bc the food is good. Today is the second time they have fail to deliver our food, yet our card was charged... it’s a large order and we can not get any response from the store
Walked in to the Elmwood store to pick up some dinner today. 3 workers all had their masks partially off(not covering their noses). Doesn’t appear they take this Covid thing seriously. Don’t want them making dinner for us. So we walked right out. Saw the same thing 3 weeks ago here, but thought I would give it a second chance. Appears manager doesn’t care.
Workers and establishment are very professional! Place looks sanitary and appear to be doing a good job abiding to health standards.
