I ordered the lobster pasta via Uber Eats…received chicken alfredo. I was like “oh maybe my UE driver picked up the wrong order” but nope - there’s my name, my correct order info. Oh well, right? Everyone likes alfredo, so I’ll just eat it. Well I was wrong. I’m convinced it isn’t real chicken they use or that it was extremely overcooked; either way it was inedible. The pasta was just so lackluster. Needless to say I’m so disappointed that even the cheddar bay biscuits can’t cheer me up.

unsure why this happened. my bf went out to dinner with his mother, his last time going out since he’s getting surgery and won’t be able to do much. he ordered the same thing he always does, never a problem. but this time, 3 times he had to send his food back. he ordered the cajun chicken linguini alfredo, sub chicken tenders no cajun. 1st time waiter brought out incorrect(literally from the menu word for word is what came out) he said that was incorrect and repeated his order again, 2nd time waiter 20 mins later 3 tenders come out, while the original pasta sat on the table, he was expected to just add the tenders to the completely wrong dish? 3rd time waiter comes over my bf asks again for it to be remade but this time just togo as his mother had already finished her food and he didn’t eat anything other than the rolls. manager didn’t comp anything, made him pay full price for the reason of “you got it togo.” never has it been this difficult. very unhappy. never again.

Horrible experience here the food was extra salty not sure if it was just a bad day or not but once I contacted the manager about the situation the manager dion Crawford offered me to pay half the bill even though we did not eat the food as it was really salty bad taste inedible I offered to pay for the crab legs due to us eating and ripping through some of it.. he then said no I needed to still pay for lt and he said this in exact words( I don’t go out to eat, not like food and decide I won’t pay for it) I repeated again the food we was given was unable to eat as it had an alarming amount of salt or some kind of salted seasoning overpowering the taste I was very disappointed with the service and let him know I’d be reaching out to corporate as this was a very upsetting experience here the photo is how we left the table with untouched food besides the crab legs

Went for lunch on a Sunday. Son and I had to stand outside for a couple minutes as the doors were still locked after 12:00. Chowder and lobster dip were a little bland. Table was sticky, not from having residue, but I think because they need to be stripped and revarnished as they are so old. Restroom smelled of urine and floor was also filthy (and this was first thing on a Sunday afternoon). We usually go to Olive Garden next door, but my son wanted seafood. Because of the price ($75 for me and my 9-year-old son before a $20 tip), food quality, and cleanliness, I doubt we'll ever choose the location again

Food was good, service was not. I got the wrong dressing on my salad, I sent back and got a different wrong dressing. They added coconut shrimp to my order for some reason. I do not eat coconut. I had to clear our dishes because our server did not and the table had no space on it. It took forever to get anything. Not one employee acknowledged us on the way out although there were 3-4 standing at the door when we left. My wife's steak was very rare, ordered medium. Our server was very inexperienced and untrained.

Waiter was nice but everything else was a mess. It’s slow, dirty, and I’m not sure how they stay in business. 20 mins for salad, 45 mins for dinner and there was 8 tables with 3 servers. They don’t even have a bartender so you can’t get drinks at the bar.

Feb 17, 2024McKinley DrPosted on FacebookWe decided to go to red lobster last night because we had gift cards. We asked Jean if she wanted to go because we didn’t go out on Friday night. So we get there at 5 o’clock and the girl says 20 minutes, OK.As we are waiting my husband is at the bar and sees a male worker in the kitchen with long hair not tied up. Yuck!So after 25 minutes Mike walks up and asks if they had called our name yet. The girl says I do not see Steffan on this list. So she looks at the list and says, we had a Stephanie but no one came up to the podium.Mike says, it should be Steffan not Stephanie. So the girl says OK I will get you a table. So couple minutes later she comes over and takes us to a table by now it’s 530. So we start looking at the menu and talking about what we want to get. Then we noticed that salad is extra!!! which I can’t believe with the amount of money you pay for the dinner. So we sit there and talk about stuff and we’re waiting and waiting and no one comes over to our table. By now it’s 5:55!!! and I said I can’t believe no one has come over to our table to wait on us. I said well, maybe we should just go to Mongolian buffet . Mike looks at me and I look at Jean and we all decide we’re getting out of here. One hour and we don’t even have a waitress yet!!!We had a great dinner at Mongolian buffet! Dinner for two cost less than one entrée at red lobster. So I guess we’ll use our gift cards to get takeout at red lobster. This is the third time we’ve had a horrible experience there, so kids please don’t get us any more gift cards there. Maybe Olive Garden or outback steakhouse would be nice next time.

It’s a Friday night so it’s going to be busy. I ordered the endless shrimp and my gf ordered the crab your way. Our food came out hot and fresh. Food was delicious people were very nice. I politely asked before I left if I could speak to the kitchen manager and he came out and I told him food was great everything was delicious and complements to him and his crew. He said it’s nice to be called out to the dining room in the restaurant and be told everything was delicious. I told him we will definitely come back.

Very poor time management...even after sitting down after a 90 minute wait, it was a 30 minute wait before I got my appetizer (which gave me indigestion)then another 20 minute wait before getting my meal. The food was lack luster, undercooked, very tough, cold, and had a weird aftertaste. The waitress was very incompetent, didn't know the menu, then proceeded to argue with me about my appetizer giving me indigestion and blamed it on the sauce, then had the audacity to tip herself after being handed cash for the nearly $100 bill.

Absolutely terrible service. Made reservations and waited for an hour. Never got seated and manager said there was nothing he could do. We watched a waiters and cook walk out to smoke multiple time. Will never go back.
