Top tier ramen bowls. A lil light on the protein. Weighed it at 38 grams for the buffalo chicken bowl. Tasted great. Will order extra chicken in the future. Great accommodating staff.
Recently found out about this place and decided to give it a go. All I can say is wow! Ordering your food is super simple..just check the boxes on the menu and hand it to the cashier, and that's it, you're all set! The food comes out hot, and the Ramen bowls have a flavor explosion, every bite was heaven. The homemade broth and noodles are spot on. Give Sato Ramen a try now!
The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and quick. The University at Buffalo's South Campus is right across the street, making this establishment's atmosphere distinct from other area restaurants offering Japanese cuisine.
