Great food and super service. They were short staffed yet we never had better service at a restaurant!!

The service was horrible. got there and couldn't order a thing. My friend finally gets to order food (after waiting almost 2 hours) and the food they bring out is wrong! Got there around 6:30pm and didn't get a drink for almost a ½ hour! And it wasn't crowded! Tried to charge me $10 gratuity. For service I didn't even get! My 1st and last time going there!!
