It's a truck that serves food and other minimal beverages like tea.but, don't expect a decent sit area or dine which has absolutely nothing.but the reason we came across this for a cup of Indian chai which has been fulfilled.
Drive-in parking lot with a food cart. Lots of ambiance and potential. They'll hand you the buzzer just like panera and wait till it buzzes. They carry popular Mexican, American, and Desi street food classics.
