I love this Starbucks. I live and work downtown so I'm a regular here and Cierra and the crew - Jaylin, Sarah, Tiara, Noman, Anjaya and everyone else, they always welcome me with a big smile and hello. They tend to remember your order, or they're willing to recommend something new on the menu if they think you might like it. Since it's in a hotel, it can get busy at times but they're efficient and power through the busy times to get orders out.
Don't let your manager leave, she is amazing at her work and interpersonal skills with customers. I hadn't seen her in over 2 years because of the pandemic and she remembered me and my regular order. She goes above and beyond!
Awesome Starbucks to visit, service is excellent and quick, and the clerk gave me the biggest smile today I had the London Fog which is a Earl Gray latte with almond milk and lavender. Add a lil'honey, mmmmmmnnnh good!!!
