I love this Starbucks. The staff & the food & everything.. I just don't understand how people can lie about things on these reviews. Especially about a service dog that's NOT a service dog. And the only reason I know its not a service dog is because I live in the same building as the dog & I witness the dog jumping all over people in the hallway everytime it see someone. It acts like a playful puppy that wants to be played with.. THAT'S NOT WHAT A SERVICE DOG DOES!! I have both friends & family that have service & comfort dogs & they don't act the way this dog does.. The dog does not act like a service dog at all cuz if it was it wouldn't act the way it does when it see people or bark when OWNER is not home... So if this dog is a so call service dog shouldn't the dog be with the owner at all times at home & when leaving?!?!?!?! Isn't that the point of a service dog in case something happens medically to the owner!! So don't blame the store cuz of your stupidity!! If people weren't so strung out on drugs all the time... Then maybe they can follow the rules & wouldn't get yell at all the time when it saids no non service/comfort animals in the store per Starbucks website. Ugh🤦🤦 KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB STARBUCKS!! Never going here again. I always come here with my service dog to pick up my mobile order and they always tell me dogs aren’t allowed in the cafe. 1. They don’t ask if he’s a service dog 2. I’ve taken him to other Starbucks and they even offer him a pup cup. 3. The ice cream shop right next to Starbucks has a big sign that says they allow dogs . I’ve called corporate before and they said they would do something about it, but it just happened again today so clearly they haven’t.

I switched from my Amherst store to this location about 2 years ago, 9/10 times I've been treated very respectfully I've only had one service worker but I didn't like but that person no longer works there so I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location my coffee is ready sometimes before I even walk in the door the manager is one of the nicest managers I have met the other nicest manager would be the Amherst store on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst.

Always a favorite stop through. The best part... order on the app, and it's so easy to pick up on the go. Parking in back is cool, but I usually find a spot right out front or across the street by Jim's. It's stop and go traffic. Now offering delivery!

I don't care about the union stuff it's already happened. It's funny there's a protest video in the photos page. This location has been making subpar coffee for years. To protest when one sucks at their job in the first place is laughable.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to now they’re telling you if you want light ice on your drink, your cup will not be filled fully so we’re basically paying for ice not the drink. It’s unbelievable. I’ll never go back to Starbucks.

We are neighbors and always walk to this location. We’ve never had a problem, however the manager was very rude to my daughter today. She questioned her about her order and after everything was resolved, without even looking up she told my daughter to “go away” and shooed her away. This is not the way you treat people. I’m very disappointed.
