Have a tradition where I meet up with my sisters at this Starbucks on Thanksgiving morning. Was very disappointed that we had to leave early because the bathroom was closed off to the Starbucks 'today only'. The Barista said it was open to Starbucks customers the rest of the year but the Hotel said they couldn't use it today. I understand the Turkey Trot is along this route but I can tell you that in years past the bathroom is not stormed or destroyed by people on Thanksgiving so it didn't feel like Starbucks customers should be punished due to poor management. Poor decision making and not a great portrayal of Starbucks values. Honestly not a great portrayal of the Hotels values either. Had 'the hotel' told me my customers couldn't use their bathroom on Thanksgiving I would have a come up with a solution for them.

This Starbucks location never fails, the service is always fantastic and the consistency of the drinks never fail.I went this morning, and most the baristas already remember my name and drink order, most the time I just walk up to the counter and they know what I want! Just goes to show how much care goes into the service!Management must be fantastic, store always looks good and the baristas work hard!

I am a Starbucks devotee. I love this particular store. Yes, it can get busy, sometimes, as all Starbucks do. However, the staff is polite and level-headed. In addition, most of the customers are also adults, unlike the Elmwood store that gets mobs of school kids and many people who bring their dogs with them into the store. I have no issue with that, but others do and it makes for some interesting snarky sidebar conversations. I would rather see the dogs with owners waiting for coffee than tied up outside. But maybe that's me. My point is you never drama at this Delaware store, just great coffee and food plus good service.

This Starbucks has messed up my order two times in a row. Everyone is very friendly and this is the closest Starbucks to me and my route to work so it’s a shame. This is how I start my morning and to have it messed up more than once is upsetting. It’s not a little mess up either. I’ve ordered an iced pumpkin chai and have gotten cold brew each time. Only way my order doesn’t get messed up is if I mobile order but then I can’t use my reusable cup. The baristas have even confirmed my order is a pumpkin chai when I order and STILL it’s cold brew! Unacceptable

This is the best Starbucks store i've been to!!! Shoutout to Hamzah for being an amazing manager.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Cool location! I'm sitting out on the patio elevated above Delaware Ave with a view of downtown. Typical Starbucks fare, although if you're from out of town the Starbucks in Western New York never have fresh salads or the fresh sandwiches. They have a poor substitute for the protein boxes. This is located in the front of the Residence Inn but they have a couple of parking spots for Starbucks customers.
