I do not recommend visitig this place.Disrespectful staff and they treat you badly. And they prepare food badly. They should be more friendly.

Was out driving with kids they wanted subway came here. Wonderful customer service by the two gentlemen. They were spot on with their sandwich making skills and friendliness to me and my kids. The store was clean and had a nice calm atmosphere. They were smiling at my kids and just overall a good experience.

First? This sounds petty , but when someone refuses to add literally 5 cents worth of add on? WOW.

There's another Subway on Delware Ave about half a mile down. People are super cool there. This one was really unfortunately bad.

This place has two dudes working. One cool? One not.
The two times I asked him for more hot peppers he threw three more on the sandwich. He must have been the owner, because those Subways are in big trouble.

Was given someone else’s order and the other guest realized it in the parking lot

Went into the location and ordered was not a pick up which is even worse

Also they charge $5 for extra cheese?

Not too bad for a quick meal. I didn’t give five stars because the restroom was out of order there.

Good food, the person who was making the subs was a little snotty with my Amish friends because of the way they talked! But she wasn't born in the US and you could tell by the way she talked. Not the easiest to understand!!

After a frustrating experience at another Subway where no staff were present, I came to this location hoping for better. Unfortunately, the service here left a lot to be desired as well. I asked about the footlong pretzel, and they told me it’s no longer available. Fair enough—but when I asked for alternatives, the staff didn’t seem helpful or interested.

I went with the footlong cookie, and they pushed me to try the $6 footlong Doritos. I gave in and bought it—but honestly, it was disgusting. Definitely not worth the money. After everything that happened earlier, this just added to my frustration. Instead of focusing on customer service or making things right, they were more concerned with upselling something subpar.

It’s no wonder Subway has lost its appeal. Between the inconsistent service, lackluster menu items, and pushy sales tactics, it doesn’t feel like a customer-first experience anymore. Subway needs to seriously reassess its training, quality control, and priorities—because this kind of experience pushes loyal customers away.

This subway is awful, I do a mobile pickup order and my sub barely meets “kids meal” standards.

Worst Subway in Buffalo everybody has an attitude in there and they make you feel like you’re bothering them. I would never spend my money there ever again. and they’re trying to serve you a little food for a high price and they put this big thing over so you won’t see them making a fool and give you one piece of meat on the sub I can make sub at home way better than that . They need to be closed down

Parking: Too many businesses over there

Recommended dishes: Cold Cut Combo

as a delivery driver bathrooms should be allowed, as we are taking it to the “customer”. and also terrible service, walked in for a “what” no hi hello, and just terrible terrible attitude throughout the whole thing.

The older lady making subs attitude is not the best. She doesn't seem to be bothered when you ask for a toasted sub, she burns it. I asked her why is the sub burnt. She replied I just pushed the button. Her sub making skills aren't the best. Advice for her: Find a job that doesn't require you to deal with the public. You lack customer service skills.

Ordered online a steak sub. I got home and there's barely any steak on the sub. Ripoff.

The manager was condescending and extremely rude. He went on to make unsolicited remarks about my coupon usage and having a “long list” of ingredient selection. In case the manager reads the review, please learn to be polite and respectful. Making subs isn’t that hard of a job.
