Worst service you can imagine. Dirty utensils, dirty tables. Food was poorly prepared and cold. These guys working here act like it’s a bother to speak or serve anyone. Only reason they have any business is that there are captive victims staying at attached hotel that need to eat. Unbelievable that whoever owns this place allows this to go on.

The food is alright, the wait is absurd, 20 minutes just to order our drinks, and about an hour and a half for our food to be made and brought out, there were only two other customers, who were at the bar, and no reason our food should have taken that long, the bathroom is also rancid and the floor is astonishingly sticky.

waited here for an hour and a half for my food, i was with a group of 10 however there was not another soul in this restaurant. their was no need for us to be waiting for that long , it took 45 minutes for our drinks to even come out, the waiter was nice but that’s about it, bathroom was absolutely vile and the floors were insanely sticky the food was mediocre and not worth the wait.

Ordered for take out. Our food Was sitting waiting to be package for 10 minutes and Was already 20mins over our pick up time. there was only 2 people sitting in the Restaurant so they were not busy. I was given a handful of fries and they were put in the same container as my steak so they were very soggy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! my bill was over 60 for 2 meals and im very disappointed. I tried 2 call and complain directly to the store and the phone was never answered. This location needs a MAJOR revamp!

The food was good. The waiter worked in the kitchen. You have to wait a long time for a table, and the inner city youth come in droves after school to use the bathroom, and they are rude and loud, making you feel a little unsafe. I still like TGI Fridays, but I prefer a more relaxing and safe feeling environment.

The food was ok. I ordered at the bar and got cocktails while waiting for my food. Worst margarita I ever had. I couldn’t even taste the tequila. Watery, no flavor. I later had a hurricane. Not much better. Not a lot of flavor. The service wasn’t good. Very slow. I wouldn’t recommend having drinks here.

Jada was a fun energetic bartender who made amazing drinks. Food was fresh and hot!
We went there for Easter. The food was great. Nice and hot. My son was acting out and the manager, Michelle got him crayons and paper to keep him occupied. She even got his meal out early. I definitely recommend the ribs. We will be back!
