We happened to find The Dapper Goose on Resy while visiting Buffalo and were very much impressed. The food was excellent with the ricotta toast, delicata squash, and bread pudding as particular stand outs. Rounding out our dining experience was absolutely stellar service from the front-of-house staff. Little touches like fresh silverware and plates between courses, attentive beverage service, and simple syrup served with after-dinner coffee really impressed us. The Dapper Goose...
All of the food and cocktails were amazing. The Korean fried chicken wings were some of the best wings I've had in a while. The the garlic shrimp, beet salad, and beet gnocchi were all delicious. The cocktails were very original and unique, but oh so good. Don't go expecting to have left overs basedon portion size
