If I can give a negative 1 I would. I walked into the establishment today at the Clinton street location. However I don’t think I will be returning to that establishment. As I had placed an Uber eats order at 4:25 for my order to be done at 5:54 when I go into the restaurant to pick up my food because my Uber eats told me my food will be ready the young man that was working said do you have an Uber eats order? I said yes then he said we are not taking any Uber eats order they’re canceled due to a fire. I’m sorry to hear that however when I went into my vehicle to see the payment was already taken out when I called the restaurant I spoke with a man he sounded agitated, which I understand, There was just a fire and I asked him. I said the payment was already taken out of my account and the young man in the establishment said that all Uber eats orders were canceled will I get a refund he then proceeded and said no I said OK well, I don’t get a refund with Uber Eats because if I cancel my order, I will be charged the full amount. The man proceeded to say do you want your food and I said yes I paid for it. In a agitated voice he said well you’re gonna have to give me 45 minutes to an hour cause I have to catch up on orders. I’m sorry I already waited a whole hour for my food and drove all the way down there from the Southtown I’m hungry I’m not trying to wait another hour.I have been going to this establishment. I love the food and supporting small businesses around the area and I have been going to this establishment for quite some time now and I’ve always gotten good customer service outstanding! Not so much today Horrible customer service. I will not be returning to the Clinton location again. I do sympathize with the owner of the small fire that they had at this facility, however whoever was in that facility today on Clinton should learn customer service cause that’s not customer service. Be nice to your patrons. Not to mention every time I picked up my orders I would leave nice tip. I’m so disappointed with the service that was given to me. Not only did I get horrible customer service but also lost 32$ due to Uber eats not refunding my money.

This was my first time here. We've driven by many times, but today my husband was craving a hoagie so we decided to give the place a try. I was shocked to walk into the kitchen set up but it was cool to watch your food be made. I ordered a steak & sausage hoagie and Fries. The hoagie was delicious, these guys know what their doing! My only complaint is that my fries were over cooked. It seemed like a busy night, we waited 20-25 minutes for our order which wasn't terrible.

All the workers are just walking around eating instead of working. No one is answering the phone for hours, so I took the chance to drive all the way there sat outside 20 min before they even put the food on the grill, now I have to wait another 20 min.sad!!! Worst service . I don’t know about these new people they got here working but they are not doing nothing I’m sure the owner will see they made him no money today
