Best hoagie I ever had. I don’t even have a picture because I couldn’t put it down. Chicken, steak, peppers and a ton of cheese just oozing out the sides. I ate the sub and had an entire meal of extra hoagie contents sitting in my foil to snack on. Worth the price for sure.

This place is filthy. Uncertain how they haven't been shut down. They cannot keep up with orders, so the wait time is excessive, even if you ordered online. They will wait until you come to pick up your online order to put you on the list to make. While waiting, take a peek in the kitchen when the door swings open...You won't ever go back.

The cook this night my food was not good at all my steak sandwich was very dry my fries was extremely salty and cold ssid my order be ready at 8:20 got there at 8:22 my Uber eats order was ready fries was cold and extremely salty is steak sandwich was dry I asked about the two rice bowls that I ordered through the hoagie shop website the guy at the register said I ordered it through another app and that they didn't get it he got two piece of paper out of the receipt and then walked around the corner to a tablet and gave the two receipt papers to the Cook I asked was my order ready yet and he told me no they never got the order I said I had to go I couldn't wait can I get a refund the cook went to talking real crazy to me I told him I didn't want no smoke I just wanted a refund he went nuts the guy at the register was trying to calm him down he kept talking I've never experienced this at that location that cook is other line rude and very disrespectful my food is terrible all of it I know my little $70 ain't much but that's the last money I'll spend their thanks to the Cook

The Hoagie Shop popped into my feed last night. I looked at the pictures and today I went to the Shop on Clinton St. I got a steak and cheese. It was one of the best Hoagies Ive had in Buffalo. If you haven't been to their shop I recommend it. I give it a 5/5 perfect score

The main thing I gotta say is, they do not skimp out on ingredients.
Tons of cheese, steak, sauce… no penny pinching goin on here.
