I used Sausage maker for supplies. I stopped after buying the Red Roof smoker one year ago. They say it's made in America, if so them Americans should be ashamed of themselves. the smoker is junk!!!
Had to refund completely! Had 2 separate orders a smoker build and another order of shelf items. Well the shelf items sat on the shelf for a month before I finally got someone on the phone and they used a fedex number then after I asked several times when the items will be handed to fedex they said call back. Then refunded the order and here we sit. 30 days later 2 refunded canceled orders and no product! Cabelas sent me the entire order within 1 week and customer service answered...read full review
Ordered 16 days ago. No tracking no package. Can not get ahold of anyone. Customer service is terrible. Do not order from sausage maker.
