Wouldn’t know what the food tastes like. Watched employees make themselves food and laugh about not having certain items for sandwiches. When I asked for a sandwich 45 minutes before closing I was told they have no food. This afternoon I go to order food and people look at me and proceed to continue on as if I don’t exist. Ended up leaving empty handed once again. I see similar complaints over an extended period of time and nothing has been addressed. Way to go Tim hortons

I was here with my fiance while she was induced in labor and was appalled by how rude the staff is in a very sensitive environment. I walked over at 430pm the evening we were there for many hours to be told they are not serving any food. When I went to check the next morning without any sleep at all to see if they were open I was hollorred at telling me 3 times "We are not open!" I said my apologies I've been here for 14 hours straight no sleep I wasn't even near the line for the shop I just peeked around the corner to be talked to like that. Unbelievable that in a hospital you could be so rude. Thank you for a great experience with the birth of my daughter.
I don't like the way they just shove the food at you in the drive thru, sometimes I have to ask for them to put the food in a bag. I know they are trying to keep the line moving but it makes me feel so unappreciated.
