People’s are so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was the only one person in the line had to wait so long even everyone was looking at me but not asking anything that why i am waiting for? It was not busy hours they were pretending that they are busy.. so sad. Hope someone takes care of that. This is not free food people paying for that.

It takes forever to get anything even if you place a mobile order. They accept mobile orders for things they don't have and leave you waiting there forever.

They barely have a third of the advertised food available at the location.
When the location was opened in the hospital lobby, they had ever item that a regular store has...not anymore. The current manager doesn't want to order and offer the full menu. It's a running joke with one of their employees that I ask what they have rather than ask for what I want....
Someone in Upper management needs to address the issues or move out and let a credible company come in.

Worse customer experience I’ve had in a long time. It’s like they recruited the rudest workers in Western New York but if that was the goal I’d call it a success. I tried to order a dozen donuts and they said shouted “no” at me. Then I had to wait 5 minutes to be waited on as the girl just stood at the register texting on her phone. Definitely won’t be back, I would not want to inconvenience the workers by making them do their job.

How do you stop making food 2 hours prior to close, in a hospital, with hundreds of patients and staff.

I ordered 6 donuts and want 4 old fashioned plaid she say she can’t give me 4 old fashioned on the order also I buy every day same order. One day charge me some extra money she always bad with me, She don’t sale me 1/2 dozen time is 9:10am Wednesday

They are always out of coffee and food

The woman who took care of me was amazing. I think her name was Ashley. I have never bought regular coffee in my life, only already flavored things, like cappuccinos. She suggested what to get and it was perfect. Despite being the only one able to do the cash register and make the food, she was doing a great job. She didn't let the pressure get to her.

Wouldn’t know what the food tastes like. Watched employees make themselves food and laugh about not having certain items for sandwiches. When I asked for a sandwich 45 minutes before closing I was told they have no food. This afternoon I go to order food and people look at me and proceed to continue on as if I don’t exist. Ended up leaving empty handed once again. I see similar complaints over an extended period of time and nothing has been addressed. Way to go Tim hortons

The only problem they have they close early
