They never make my coffee correctly. I was repeatedly skipped over waiting for my order. The girl up front never acknowledged me standing there waiting for my coffee. Her coworker had to come from drive thru to ask me what order I had and that’s when she tried to help. Multiple other customers that had ordered after me got their order before me. When she finally made my coffee it was completely wrong.

Staff didn’t switch out gloves after touching bathroom key and cash register. Kept the same gloves on for every customer/ drink that she made. The employee said they had the Halloween bucket but they didn’t and we ended up asking for a refund.

Obviously the owners don't actually care about the service, or rather lack there of, in this establishment

Worst Tim Horton I’ve ever been to would not recommend.. workers are just rude and mad. Waited 15 minutes for some chili and it was straight up water gave it back and asked for refund drink was nasty bother of them worse Tim Hortons ever u should be ashamed of yourself
