Ordered a steak and cheddar panini, they have me 2 slices of bread and a slice of cheese, not even toasted, today they yelled at me through the window that they couldn’t hear me, then I payed for my food and they asked me to pull up to the “dooo” I’ve been waiting for my food for 25 minutes now, will never come here again, service sucks, food sucks, the people suck

It's a hit or miss and mostly a miss. Gave this place a chance for few times, and every time, I would try to order two bacon, egg and cheese on english muffins with mayo and they would either only make one or forget me all together and then forget the mayo. Then the worst part is the english muffin would taste stale. And service is always slow, don't come here if you get irritated easily. I'll rather go elsewhere else from now on.

The past 3 times I’ve come here, I’ve been served omelette bites that were so overdone, it was like eating Kitty litter. Yesterday I tried this location one final time, as it’s convenient for my commute to work. When asked if I could replace the food, the woman at the window told me “they’re all like this,” and wouldn’t entertain me switching to another item. I would avoid this location and stick to the smaller cafes in the area. If you don’t have time, Starbucks would be much better than this location.

They always talk to me in a loud voice, they are not funny, they do not let me speak, they close the window in my face, they do not respect me, and every time they ask me to move the car away from the window, and there was another car there, and he was also asked to move away from the window and his request was granted. It is not possible for me to move forward and there is another car in front of me, and I was threatened that if I did not move away from the window, the request would be thrown out.
