I order from Waikiki almost once a week! First of all, the cream cheese wontons are my biggest addiction. The poke bowls are always on point and my boyfriend loves the spam musubi. We've never had a problem with any of our orders and everyone has always been friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in and plenty of room inside
Food is mediocre at best, quality is low but portions are big. Self-serve restaurant with 6 small tables and they close the bathroom not allowing customers but only employees to use.

The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is because the seating area could be a little more cozy. For example, the chairs are metal outdoor chairs. It would be nice to have chairs with cushion. It was also a little breezy at times because of the door being opened. But the food was very good! I had the miso ramen bowl. It was seasoned very well and full of veggies and chicken. I would eat there again.

Not only are the folks here normally rude but since when does a business not allow a delivery person to use the restroom and then she says don't look at me like that and was acting like she was going to refuse to give me the delivery

Okay, I know I'm supposed to keep this place a secret, but honestly, everyone needs to know! I stumbled upon this gem and I'm kicking myself for not discovering it sooner. This is a true 10 out of 5 star restaurant. The food is absolutely incredible. Seriously, some of the best I've had in Buffalo. Every bite is a flavor explosion. The meat is so tender and easy to chew, and the shrimp is cooked to perfection. And don't even get me started on the macaroni salad – it's amazing and perfectly complements the proteins. The service is fantastic too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about the food. If you're looking for a truly special dining experience, you need to check this place out. But don't tell everyone... okay, maybe just a few people. 😉

I always order using door dash but today I was in the area so I decided to stop in instead. The lady who took my order was preparing another order so she already had on gloves. While she was taking my order her nose must have been really itchy because she scratched her nose several times with her gloves on. She finished taking my order and then processed payment with her gloves on, and then proceeded to prepare my food. I nicely asked if she could change her gloves because she had scratched her nose and processed my payment with the gloves she had on. The young lady then took her gloves off and without washing her hands continued preparing my food. I shared with her why I requested her to change her gloves and mentioned how unsanitary it was for her to choose not to. I’m not sure why but the lady visibly became bothered by my request and was very rude. I decided not to spend my money at a restaurant where employees have to be asked to wash their hands and change their gloves, and will no longer be ordering on DoorDash either.

Started good but now ending pretty bad have bin noticing changes with portions. Today we were given a wrong order that someone else ordered and didn't pick so when got home they were hoping as if we would just be ok with it. When we brought back workers up front had attitude as if we were the one who made mistake! Not going back originally repeated my order 3x on phone when orderd. So beware
