Locally owned and operated by a husband and wife- support small business. These guys know coffee, it is excellent and the prices are great. The cold brew nitro was 5 stars. Customer service was also top notch. Dont forget to check out the water fall just in the back yard of the shop.”

“Wow! Just wow. We just finished a dinner that was absolute perfection. The roasted bacon Brussels sprouts were hands down the best I’ve EVER had and I make it a point to order BS whenever we.try a new place. I had the chicken pot pie and the crust was flaky and perfect the pie fresh and flavorful. My husband had the chicken parm and I had to try the marinara. It was robust and flavorful. The chef is innovative and super talented. We are so glad we happened on this place. We’ll be back and with friends.”

It’s so hard to choose which businesses to visit in an area where there are so many breweries/wineries, but Two Goats is a no-brainer, especially if you like the feeling of a cozy hole-in-the-wall type of place with a funky-yet-cozy twist.”

“My husband and I drove an hour and a half for our anniversary dinner and the food was excellent. The service? Not so much. The pad Thai with mock duck was our favorite, the golden bags were also super good. Our waitress never asked if we wanted drinks other than water, we asked. Never asked if we wanted appetizers. The gentleman that ran food seemed to be working very hard, but he brought my husband’s entree out five minutes before mine. No one ever checked in with us. Had to ask for the check. Again, the food was great, and we’d come back again, but wouldn’t make the trip just for it again. As someone in the customer service industry for many years, I get being busy or overwhelmed or whatever, it just wasn’t the best experience.”

Althea's has a carefully selected variety of local wines and beers that give you a chance to taste test in one location. The liquor selection encompasses every taste and the food menu has something for everyone. Will definitely be visiting here on a regular basis.”

“Our first time staying at the property. Check-in was super easy by text (since card was on file). We stayed in the stand-alone cabins which were awesome since we had a dog with us and planned to leave him in the cabin when we went to dinner, and he whines for a bit when left alone in a new place, so having a stand-alone cabin was helpful to not disturb other guests. The cabins were new, clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bedding, good WiFi, easy parking right in front of the cabin, a full kitchenette. It was like a real one-bedroom house. Good location close to Watkins Glen and nearby wineries. Staff was very friendly. Will be happy to stay again in the future!”

“This is the first winery I had ever gone to. We were staying in Watkins Glenn and wanted to try one of the many wineries in the area. We happened to pick this one because it was fairly close. What luck! It turns out Hazlitt is one of the larger wine producers in the area and the makers of a super famous line of wines called Red Cat. The tasting room was a great experience. The person who led the tasting was very friendly and informative. We liked most of the wines and ended up buying a number of bottles to take along. I highly recommend this winery if you are in the Seneca Lake area. If you aren't from New York, make sure you buy LOTs of bottles before you leave because this wine is almost impossible to find in other states. I had to order some on-line to replenish my stock!”

Food from Babes (on site) was also darn good and a great accompaniment to the beer.”

“They are always accommodating with special orders. I ordered a sheet pizza for my grandson's birthday to take to school and wanted it cut in smaller pieces. They made sure that the toppings were evenly divided by the smaller pieces and everything was exactly as ordered and on time. As always it was DELICIOUS!”
