I recently had the opportunity to attend a private event at Catskill Provisions Distillery Tasting Room, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this venue is a gem.
The cocktails you can't miss- The Bees Knees was a standout—it uses their artisanal gin and was super refreshing. Their take on the Manhattan was also great using their house made honey whiskey.
The food was equally exceptional-the cheese board was a highlight, all locally-sourced. The flatbread pizzas and pasta were also great.
The vibe of the Tasting Room was perfect, you can tell they care about their product from the top down.
The staff also added a genuine warmth to the night and made everyone feel at home.
This place is a must visit for anyone in the area.

This place was a true gem. Wonderful drinks and food and such great ambiance. I got two really good plant books there as well.

Wonderful atmosphere in a beautiful setting. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Really enjoyed the crafted cocktails, I had several of the Manhattan's and my wife had the Vesper. We ordered Cherry Tomato Bruschetta and it was delicious. We walked around the town and across the bridge over the river. We plan on making a return a trip.

In June 2023 we hosted our Wedding Welcome Party at Catskill Provisions and it was a dream! The entire place was exactly the type of cozy-Catskill vibe we were going for. And the service is really stellar--from the wait staff to the bartenders, everyone is so helpful and upbeat. Last minute we forgot we needed a microphone for speeches and the bartender Cody brought his own for us to use. That should just tell you how amazing this crew is.HUGE shoutout to Claire & Heather who helped us create a custom menu based off some of our favorite foods. They turned out amazing and everyone was raving!! We even got to create custom cocktails with the bartender. They really did go above and beyond to make sure our party was exactly the way we wanted it. We can't wait to go back to visit for years to come!

Good beer, savory food, great decor, good mood!

Not only do my husband and I treat ourselves to date nights at Catskill Provisions as much as possible, Catskill Provisions was the PERFECT place to bring out of town guests! Claire, Heather and their team are top rate and the food and drink is extraordinary. We've stocked our pantry with their incredible gin and our guests from IL took home whiskey, gin and a full pantry! We can't wait to come back!

Great place to get a drink. We sat outside and ordered some of their cornbread and chili. Rustic upstate feel and friendly service. Dog friendly too!

Great dining experience! The staff goes above and beyond and the food is absolutely delicious. A unique, laid back atmosphere and beautiful decor. I would have enjoyed it even more with some good tunes playing ?
