Came in for a casual Saturday afternoon lunch a few weeks back. Chicken sando's were delightful. My 2 year old had a Grilled Cheese off of the kids menu. We think it's the best food in Callicoon. Add to it the ability to sit out on the back patio and enjoy some sunshine, and it can't be beat. Would absolutely recommend.
Parking: We just parked on the street. There is a public parking area just behind the restaurant too. I think the difficulting finding parking would be down to how much is going on. The day off the farmers market there was significantly less parking but the day prior was easy to find a spot.

I'm shocked it's taken me so long to review the Creek house as we have been going for ages now. The food is absolutely by far the best in Callicoon. It's delicious. Like everything on the menu even the homemade coleslaw - seriously My teenage kids love the pulled pork or the buttermilk sandwiches generally. We are all fans of the fries - proper chunky fries. I am vegetarian so am the fussy one however I've managed to enjoy everything they have but without doubt the cauliflower cheese is my favorite by far, seriously Moorish. We don't often have space for dessert as the portions are large but when we do, we either take the cheesecake or a crumble if it's on the menu. The chef John is lovely and superb at his job !! Karen is his wife and you will find her running the place with a massive smile and chatter if she has time. I'm atrocious with names but the guy who is generally our server is so funny and loves to tease my kids and vice versa. We try and go once a week if we can and it's always the highlight of the week. Amazing food and staff to match. Long may it stay in Callicoon.

This is a family run hidden gem. The menu is a tad limited, but what they do have is very good. We had a party of six, everyone had something different, and they cleaned their plates. I recommend the Ratatouille or the Brick chicken.

Awful experience! Rude hostess & manager! Told we need to sit by bar in hot front room if no reservations! Ok. Then waitress tells me blackened salmon has slot of spices , so I asked for plain grilled. Well, we waited 90 mins to get served. Salmon was so salty I was actually chewing on pieces of salt & my lips were sore from it!! But we were very hungry & also couldn’t wait another 90 mins So I just ate it. Btw, other meals at table were very salty as well! I told waitress when she finally came back to table w/ check & she said she’ll tell manager. Manager wouldn’t come speak to us ! Waitress just said sorry!!! So I went to manager & she tells me we had to wait a long time b/c no reservations! The nerve!!! They shouldn’t have seated us in the 1st place!! We would have gladly went elsewhere!!

Decided to venture out from Villa roma dinning and this place was just the dinner and experience we were looking for. Iam very particular when it comes to good food, I dont drink so the food really has to hit. I had the French onion soup, potato pancakes, and brick chicken. Clean fresh ingredients prepared thoughtfully. Delicious! When I finished eating I realized I had to write a review and that I should have taken pictures. So I made sure I took one of the desserts which were also delicious and made in house. The service is warm and welcoming, you definitely feel like family here. This will now be a staple in our yearly trip.

First time that we were here. They’ve been open for about two years now. We stay at the Villa Roma and we decided to give this place a try on a Sunday evening. The food was absolutely amazing and extremely fresh. The waitress was the owner and she was beyond helpful and friendly, and enjoyed our conversation, the food was fast and very tasteful. Everything is homemade from scratch, including their signature sauces. This will definitely be a place that we go to in our future visits to the Villa Roma.
