“Pulled right up to order and a girl kept stopping and walking away after asking for our order, I pulled up to a second window that was open and no one was there. Pulled up to the next one and told them what happened and two girls started arguing and walked away. My husband wanted me to drive off but I said give it a second.The manager Eric came to the window was very nice, he apologized for the inappropriate behavior. He was very professional and handled our entire order and gave us extra fries and cookies. Thank you. We will be back because of him.“

“We didn't have any food while we were here, we came for one purpose only.... Drinks!! Haha we had a blast here. We came in apparently while they were slow but it made it so much more fun. We met Monica who was working behind the bar and she made sure we had the best night. We kept it simple by only having some ciders and draft labatts blue lights while topping it off with a TON of shots of Red Stag. We will gladly come back here to enjoy another fun night and hopefully order some food. The atmosphere was great but of course it was mostly just us and Monica's mom. Next time we will kick it up a notch.“

“We recently started going back to eat at Johnny Rockets and the service was top notch. We always ask for Shauna as she is very attentive and pleasant to our whole family . Service is always important to me when dining out with Shauna we don’t have to ask for a refill they are brought to the table that’s what I call top notch service. Shauna’s service and the great food keep us coming back every weekend!“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! Their team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you so much for your kindness, your amazing food, and for making this day extra special. She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always.
