One of my favorite pizza places

I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Probably one of the worst places to order from and the most ignorant and rude customer service. I can't wait for this place to shut down, there is SO MUCH BETTER PIZZA PLACES THEN THIS ONE. Many people wouldn't even consider it real pizza, LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS YOURSELF, ITS ALL HORRIBLE AND STUPID EXPENSIVE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ON WAY BETTER TASTING PIZZA FOR YOUR MONEY, THIS PLACE AIN'T IT! If i could give 0 stars i would have !

Waited well over 25 minutes, for them to tell me they needed to still make something after telling me multiple times it was coming right up.

Pizza?? Not even close. Sauce and toppings have no flavor. Saltine crackers have more flavor than their crust. Unbelievably bland. Almost $11 for two slices.... Absolute garbage. One star is too many.

They have the best chicken wing pizza. They don’t use the gross chicken nuggets on top, they use REAL SHREDDED CHICKEN. Tastes like chicken wing dip. Delicious.

You have good food, but unfortunately, I'm in a wheelchair and trying to get into your pizzeria.With the hardest thing in my life, it should be easy for us not hard.And I order slice with extra extra cheese never got it and when I complain she set up. Do you want pomegranate cheese cheese? Sounds like you know I pay for extra cheese. Never got the extra cheese but I pay for it i will go back because this is good Pizza. Please make it easier for disabled people to go in. Thanks.👩🏽‍🦼

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide some feedback on my recent dining experience with your calzone, as I believe it can contribute to maintaining the high standards your establishment is known for.

Unfortunately, during my recent order dated 12/13/24, I found that the calzone I received lacked the expected volume and substance that is characteristic of this popular dish. Specifically, it appeared to be missing an adequate amount of mozzarella and ricotta cheese, which are essential ingredients that contribute to its rich flavor and texture. Regrettably, the calzone resembled more of a cheese bread, which fell short of the delightful experience typically associated with your offerings.

I recognize that maintaining consistency in culinary creations can be challenging, and I wanted to bring this to your attention with the hope that it will aid in preserving the quality that I and many other patrons have come to appreciate.

Why would I want to eat celery that’s touching my ketchup packets that employees touch with their bare hands found that very disgusting. I ordered three orders of fries and they put them all in one box so I had to go home to my kids and divide them when I ordered three orders for a reason not to be placed in one box, food was cold and employees were very unprofessional

Possibly the best pizza in Camillus, and yes I kniw Twin Trees is almost next door.

Ordered BLT, what I got was bacon bits, lettuce and mayo, I didn't even attempt to eat it, thru it in the garbage. The staff was very nice, just know what you're ordering and check it.
