I am not one to post reviews at all, but I felt the need for this one. I had gone to the old diner several times, not a single complaint! Everything was on point and then some! I have been to the new one now three times and the first two times were positively delicious and well tended to. My third visit was awful. I was offered seats at the bar as to avoid waiting for a table. Which was true. Seated right away. Downside, it was so overcrowded you couldn’t move. A few chairs being removed would have made it much roomier instead of trying to pack people in. As I sat, I waited for 25 minutes to even place our order for food. There were 5 others around us that also waited. Excuse, short a host and the ice cream machine was frozen. Not sure what that had to do with our order being taken though. Understandable but another waitress could have filled in just to take the order. Turn around time was impressive. Fifteen minutes. Food… toast barely toasted. Texas French toast stale, chewy and the crust was rubbery. Asked for extra crispy bacon and received what I would describe as a wet noodle. Omelet had just a tiny sprinkle of cheese, just enough to say there was some included. Coffee refills.. you had to wait, several minutes. Waitresses were friendly but I believe they had too many customers each to attend to properly. When feed back was given it came across as uncaring. My thoughts.. they should serve less at a time.. let there be wait times. Have someone check in to see how you are doing. Double check the food you are serving. It would provide a much better experience. Times are indeed tougher now. But would love to see the new place rise up to the same level as the old one was.

Love it, love it, love it! The food is amazing. Our server Becca was top notch and sharp as could be. We went on a Sunday at the rush of 10:30am and our wait was 15 minutes as promised.
They have variety, old favorites and new menu items. I love the consistency in the plates. Let alone the nummy drinks. This is a place that fits any taste or event.
The only challenge...It's popular, so it can be a bit noisy. If you wanna have a conversational meal, get a booth, lol. If you have a larger party, avoid the rush hours.

If you walk down the hallway by the bathrooms, you can see into the Back Of House to the single employee handwashing sink in the restaurant — which is more than enough, because it will go unused by a single person from open to close. I don't think i saw a single person wash their in a month — lots of places don't use gloves, in reality, but they generally at least have employees who wash their hands before preparing food. This place is a Hepatitis outbreak waiting to happen.

This place in the new building is top notch fast and fun! Their specials are so creative and delicious and Rebecca S is the best server. Delicious and satisfying. We were put on the wait list for 35-40 minutes and we were seated in 10. Thank you! We'll see you again soo .

Food was cool not hot or warm was steady business but no excuse, to many tables your sitting on top of other guests and cantvpull your own chair out or you bump the other tables. Staff was good but bad design. Prices are high 3 people and over 100$ charged, we had a wrap, omelet and but which they charged for the fries for both nothing included but sandwiches.
