Awful place with surprisingly tasty drinks. Customer service was subpar, to put it mildly. Their chairs aren't meant for adult bodies. The interior can only be described as gawdy. And finally, their wraps are an empty, unfulfilling joke. Deserves zero stars in all honesty.

I tried the Mango Monsoon Smoothie and really enjoyed it. I personally would have liked it a bit thicker, but it wasn’t watered down like at some other smoothie places, which was a pleasant surprise. The Buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely delicious, the smell alone was mouthwatering. On top of that, the staff had great energy and made the whole experience even better.

This is my first time making a review on anything non the less a bad one. This is their mango? My açaí bowl was $16 dollars? Why is it so small?? Fruit was not fresh at all!

Stopped in to grab a smoothie and was assisted by a young man named AJ. He had excellent communication skills and was very pleasant.

At the Camillus location, a staff member quietly called my order “gross”—not realizing that a couple feet and a counter don’t make a soundproof wall. We hear you. We just usually choose not to respond.

But here's a response: If you're going to work in customer service, learn what “service” means. Acting annoyed, making side comments, and giving bare-minimum effort doesn’t make you edgy or superior—it makes you forgettable and replaceable.

There’s a common attitude here: young staff acting like showing up is a favor to the world. It’s not.

If the goal is to coast until something better comes along, fine. But while you're here, act like you're part of a team—not just another undertrained young adult with a visor and an ego.

Their listed hours say 6:30am–10pm, but I showed up at 8:30am yesterday—despite all the negative reviews—and they were closed. Total waste of time.

I arrived at 9am to the OPEN sign lit up but the door locked. I knocked and waited a few minutes. It didn't appear anyone was inside, even though all the lights were on.

It took a half hour to get a smoothie. People who ordered after me got their stuff first. I tried flagging someone down and got no response.
