Poor customer service. Paid receipt for a delivery on Christmas Eve. Hung up on and stated our order was being delivered. 35 minutes later called and hung up on. Said closed. Now at 6:18 making order. I was shocked at how my mom was treated. So sad the world we live in.

This is a very unprofessional place. It's run like a bunch of amateurs. There is no responsibility or leadership in tyes establishment. I am very disappointed with my multiple interactions with this establishment. Many times when I enter to order something.They make me wait at least 5 to 10 minutes just to make an order. And then another 45 minute wait for my food. The most high-end restaurants in Syracuse.Do not take 45 minutes to get you food. I own multiple businesses. And this is very sad to see an establishment run by a Bunch of amateurs. People who don't care about their customers Or establishment. Why should a Pizza place take 5 minutes to make an order and another 10 minutes just to put in the order? And it's even worse when I try to call and make an order, it's even longer wait It's honestly very disgusting and embarrassing. For how poorly run this Establishment is

The worst Customer service. Whenever I call to order anything? They always put me on a 5 to 6 minute. Hold and then I make my order. After making the order and waiting 25 minutes I go to pick up my order. I have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes every single time for them to get my order ready. The absolute worst service I've ever seen in any restaurant. Half the orders I have made have been incorrect. On top of waiting all that time and going through this process to just order food. I will never come back worst food and customer service

So ordered large pizza extra cheese half sausage and honey garlic wings crispy! BAM! Whoever was cooking tonight 7/24, knocked it out of the park! Everything EXACTLY as we wanted! Thank you all even the delivery guy was a hoot!! Definitely recommend!

This review is for the camillus twin trees… I’ve called on multiple occasions right around 830, (mind you they close at 9) only to be answered by “hi we’re not taking orders”. The people are rude and I’m bummed cause I’ve been eating twin trees my whole life and they finally opened a location right by my house. Ordered from Cams at 8.56 and they filled the order. I’m done trying, and I’m sick of hearing the same thing. Close at nine means close at nine. Not 830. I’d be willing to reverse this review if I see a change but unfortunately this is what it has come to.

I been hearing a lot about twin trees so I wanted to try it for myself. It was okay not the best pizza I had in Syracuse. The calzone needs ricotta cheese. For us the best thing were the garlic knots. They was big and delicious. I would go back just for that alone lol.

I ordered a Pepperoni & Ricotta pizza, I got home, it was PINEAPPLE. pineapple and ricotta cheese lol it was not close to what I wanted, kind of meh on an expensive order all around! The food i had was good, thankfully!

I can never get what I order from this place. Tonight I got raw chicken, wrong soda, asked for all drums got mixed. I called back and asked for the owner to call me as their are on going issues. The girl who answers the phone doesn't seem to care and I highly doubt I'll talk to the owner. So to the owner, This is a shame... You have everything here to make a great pizza business, but time after time, there is always something wrong. No standards at all... Unless the owner calls, I'm not going to be placing any more orders. And if he does I'll update this review, if it's not updated, he didn't call.
Steak subs are always good. Disappointed that the fries have changed. This was the only place to order take out with crispy fries and now they're just like the rest. Guess I'll have to find a new fry place

The quality at this location has been getting worse and worse, the center of my pizzas have been uncooked several times, missing toppings, a large (16in) being closer to 13in. They shrunk the sub sizes and charge the same price for them and since when does a pizza shop not have fries with hot subs or chicken tenders. Clearly they don't care about their customers since this is how they reach out on FB.

I have given you numerous opportunities to improve... Only because you are the closest pizza shop to my home.
90% of the time our order is WRONG, toppings are missing, wings aren't fully cooked, the pizza is NEVER cooked in the middle and your large pizzas are never actually large... Cutting corners and not caring is the best way to lose customers.
