The quality at this location has been getting worse and worse, the center of my pizzas have been uncooked several times, missing toppings, a large (16in) being closer to 13in. They shrunk the sub sizes and charge the same price for them and since when does a pizza shop not have fries with hot subs or chicken tenders. Clearly they don't care about their customers since this is how they reach out on FB.

I have given you numerous opportunities to improve... Only because you are the closest pizza shop to my home.
90% of the time our order is WRONG, toppings are missing, wings aren't fully cooked, the pizza is NEVER cooked in the middle and your large pizzas are never actually large... Cutting corners and not caring is the best way to lose customers.

Wings not cooked, sauce was basically oil which was more on the top of pizzz box or bottom of container. I wouldn’t even call that hot wings when there was no sauce at all on the wings

When I called tonight to order I told the young lady how delicious the Philly Steak and fries were a few nights back. I then ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries, she said it would be about 45 minutes, it took one hour and 10 minutes and had to call to make sure it was still coming. It arrived, gave the kid a $ 4 tip, the fries were wet and soggy from the long time in the plastic plate, probably the steam and the burger was just about cold and taste like crap ~ My last time buying from them ~

Pizza just isn't what it used to be. Hardly any sauce and the sausage was terrible! This location is a definite slap on the Twin Trees name. Never again!

My cousin ordered chicken wings for me for my birthday. Ordered me sweet and sour. It took the delivery guy over a hour to deliver and I live in solvay. The wings were cold, barely any sauce on them, and my desert was the chocolate cake and was melted because it was on top of the wings when they were hot. If I was able to give you a zero star I would of. You are nothing like the other twin trees and I order from them all the time. Will NEVER order from you again.

Food is ok but they don't seem to toss the wings in whatever sauce you ask for .Almost always get close to plain wings when I even asked for extra sauce on them the second time. Definitely overcharge for the quality.
