Is tiny, oily, green chicken the new Applebee’s standard?
I’ve eaten at this location many times—it’s usually just okay. But this time, I went home hungry. I ordered the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders, and what I got was sad: tiny, dry, oily breaded scraps with almost no chicken inside. They looked nothing like the photo on the menu.
A kind waitress admitted that’s all they had tonight for chicken tenders and removed it from my bill. Fair enough—I’d already lost my appetite. What pushed me to write this review was the blonde manager who came over insisting this was “the industry standard.” The picture on the menu said otherwise. We’re young, not clueless. She dismissed our concerns, acted annoyed, and begrudgingly offered dessert I definitely didn’t want.
Listening around the room, ours wasn’t the only meal being sent back. I feel bad for the staff working under management like this.

For Lunch waitress snatched the meal away from me when I wanted to re order not patients rushing me to ordef... food was sloppy ask for Manager they never came to the table Never Again!

Typical Applebee's. I was dining alone and was told there was a 25 minute wait with open tables everywhere. I chose to sit at the bar to get dinner as I was heading to an event. The food was fine and quickly served. The bartender was pleasant and attentive.

We arrived about 5:30. There were 2 parties ahead of us and the restaurant was fairly full. We were told it wouldn't be long, but that wasn't the case. When the hostess, MKenna, came over and took charge of the station, things went down hill quickly. Every person through the door was told 20-25 minutes. Several left and didn't want to wait, which was expected with that time frame, but for those that stayed... It was a wait.

My 87 year old mother-in-law was with us and had to stand for the 50 minute wait. (She has had both knees replaced.) The hostess refused to seat anyone until the initial group of 8 could be seated. While we stood there, we counted at least 14 tables and booths that we could see from the doorway that were vacated and cleaned.

We were finally seated about 6:25. It took her 5 minutes to seat each table. After the group of 8 was a group of 6 with three small children. They also waited almost 50 minutes. We were seated right after them and it was 7 minutes from seating them to get to seat us (3 people) at one if the remaining 13 open tables.

Not only was the hostess, MaKenna, incompetent, but she was rude to other staff members. We heard her snap at one staff to stop helping the servers and to clean tables (which she wasn't seating people at anyway) and she would snap her fingers at other staff and order them around. We asked a staff member what the hostess's name was as she was one of the only staff not wearing a name tag!

The wait staff and servers were excellent. Our waitress was very diplomatic and knew just how to respond to keep her customers focused on the positive experience of the meal. The food arrived quickly. Drinks were excellent as usual. The appetizers could have been better. The chicken wontons were burned and the chicken wings were overcooked and dry, but the entrees were excellent. The chicken parmesan fettuccini had a perfectly juicy piece of chicken!

We've visited this Applebee's every August fir the past 10 years. We are hesitant to visit again after this experience.

We ordered lemon was told by a older waitress they ran out given lime a guy sat at the bar ordered water with lemon after we came in was given it we ordered 9.99 special I ordered chicken and instead wanted green beans we were told no they couldn't do it we have been there 5 or 7 times always got it French fries were cold we always go there but I don't think we are going anymore

Brandon was an excellent server and the food tasted wonderful, but our hostess needs much to be desired.
We asked how to remove two chairs to make space for service dogs to lay down under the table. But she took two chairs away from the same side and just walked away. She didn't interact, no communication didn't bother to check if we were able to sit down we needed assistance moving the table away from the corner wall. Very poor impression at the beginning, get rid of wallflowers like this.
Luckily our server saved the night!

The food was good, the atmosphere was good, but bring a sweater or light jacket. It was very cold in there!

Slow service. The food is exactly what you would expect from a place like this.
