Bread (club) was hard, ribs lukewarm, meat was rubbery. Potatoes were lukewarm but had good flavor.

Unacceptable....Whoever checked my chicken Bourbon clearly did not read the top that says garlic mashed potatoes and chzy broccoli. Small piece of dried up chicken with onions and small shrimp

We had 3 orders and they were all wrong teasing was her name she was slow to bring our drinks slow to get our order and then they were wrong I've been in 10 Applebee's in the last year and I've never had such deplorable service no tip for miss teagon

Our waiter was awesome, it was my youngest birthday,and he brought out cake, and didn't bring attention as my son's on spectrum and gets embarrassed easily. Food came out fast, and we stayed for a bit after eating as I don't get to see my daughter and her husband much due to living hrs away. So it was nice they didn't rush us out.

The cook cannot cook a burger well done- gave it 3 chances- always pink in the middle. Ugh. I read to press a thumb in the middle to thin it. The 9.99 special is a deal but quality is bad. Fries seemed stale twice so tried green beans instead - no better. I think you get inferior food with the special. No more for me! Their 2 for meals on the back had been better so i will go back to that special.

I went to this location because I thought the one in Batavia was great and I thought that all their locations would be just as good. I was completely wrong. Ordered the lunch specials, a chicken sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger. I was asked how I wanted the burger cooked. Pink or no pink. Simple enough. I went with no pink. My wife got the chicken and asked if she could get the grilled one. No problem. Wife’s chicken was great. No complaints. My burger was raw and cold in the middle except the outside, even near the edges which is usually cooked more then the middle. This thing was raw, and all the fries on both plates were cold. I let my waitress know about the burger, she asked me if I wanted another one made and I said no I would just take this home and finish cooking it later. Since the fries were inedible, I had really nothing to eat there. We did get new fries as my wife asked for them and the waitress did say she was bringing out fries for both of us. Only one small plate of fries came. My bill came and I would have thought they would have removed the raw burger. I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be removed, if I didn’t eat it. Paid for everything as I should have, but they lost a customer in the end. I won’t be going back there.

We weren't approached until we had been there for 10 minutes. After another hour we were told our food was coming. 10 minutes later, it still wasn't ready as they were still waiting on fries. There was hardly anyone there.

Ordered through DoorDash this evening. Totally forgot to pack onion rings, my daughter got a cheeseburger instead of just a plain burger and my nephews cheese pizza was burnt on the bottom.
