Fast, friendly service here at Charlie’s. My family and I don’t visit here often, but my son played a great game of football and according to his teenage self…he was starving (he’s not starving)? and wanted mozzarella sticks. Food was satisfying. There’s something about the ambiance that reminds me of my childhood in Canandaigua. It was busy at the ordering counter, but the team handled it well. As others have said, the best plates in Rochester! Their hamburger hot sauce is simply the best. If you’re trying to order online make sure to go to the website instead of the “order online” button on Google maps mobile - the menu seems to be buggy on there.
