went tonight and waited 30 minutes in the drive through. went in to ask for marinara sauce and the girl copped an attitude stating we already had gotten some in an order that was not even part of our order.
my husband then came in and stated we didn't get the chicken nuggets we had ordered and the girl goes , you didn't order any. showed the receipt in which we had. need less to say service was super slow and the people there were super rude. not impressed.
I ordered food from here on March 23rd. I was in Geneva location and the staff helped me change my location from Canandaigua location to Geneva. Well when I submitted the order. It changed back to Canandaigua when i submitted the order. I called the Canandaigua location immediately to tell them not to make the food and to please cancel the order because the app would not allow me to.
