Every time I order from this location the service is fast and food is fresh & delicious!
I use the app and everything is done in 6 minutes! When I go inside to pickup up my food my name is clearly written on the bag & drink. The drink cup is always sealed with a tape strip. Place is spotless clean.

Tried opening door to go in and its locked. Why is the door locked and a customer opening the door for people? I asked for the manager, i told her she needs to get her keys and unlock the door. Customers should not be opening the door for anyone to come in. She grabs the keys and says I dont like you speaking to me like that. I said customers shouldnt be opening the door either. If theres a problem with the door then request it to be fixed plain and simple. Manager needs better customer service learn how to be apologetic.

Went through the drive thru window and ordered 3 sandwiches. Asked for I0 horseradish sauces with them. Upon checking the bag, only received 5, they never mentioned there was only 5. Remained at the window and asked for the other 5 sauces. The person at the window stated that I could not have 5 more sauces. I asked to speak to the manager and the managers name. Was told the manager was Kelly, but she wouldn't come to the window. The window person then tried to give me 2 more sauces. I told the person that I would like to talk to the manager and would like my 5 sauces. Finally the window person gave me the 5 sauces, but the manager wouldn't come to the window. I was told that is the last time that I could ever get 10 sauces with my $16.10 worth of sandwiches. I will never go to Arby's again!

I went through the drive through, the worker asked what I wanted, I politely said "one second, please" and the worker then let off a big sigh in what seemed to be announce, with then dead silence, so I left, and they didn't have to be annoyed with taking my oder. You're welcome for making your night a little easier.

Great location. Cozy but lots of spacious seating. There's booths, tables with chairs, and tall tables with stools. Staff are sweet, friendly, and food was ready so fast! And it has private. The entire store is very clean.

Nobody at the counter knows how to fix the glitches.
Always have to burden a manager to offer deal or coupons. Too overwhelmed. Still smiling through ut all. That's a plus

Food was as expected. Service a little slow, but not drastic. Dining area has evidence if not being cleaned in some time—my visit could have been post-rush, so not overly concerned. Good visit.
