Pontillo's Pizza is a favorite pizza place, praised for its very good and excellent pizza. The calzone and wings are also delicious, with wings cooked whatever way you like them. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff are very good, nice, friendly, and helpful, treating customers like family with amazing service. They handle busy rushes with efficiency and professionalism, quickly making things right if there is a small mistake. The location is close to the lake. However, the dining experience is dragged down by the interior. The dining rooms have old, worn-out, torn, shredded, and stained carpeting, which presents trip hazards and makes the place look bad. The mens room door also needs a cleaning. Despite this, the overall experience is absolutely outstanding and highly recommended, with many customers planning to return.
