Spent $21 on an ice cold bacon king burger, fries that were hard, stale, and probably from YESTERDAY, then onion rings which hadn’t even touched hot grease. The cheese on my burger was still cold enough to be fresh out of the fridge. Bacon tasted like literal dog food. So disappointed i will likely never eat at another Burger King; it was disgusting. Won’t be recommending this location to anyone I know.

Went at 10 pm Friday night to drive thru no other cars. Ordered one whopper. Totally cold , burger, bun all of it was stale and cold. Didn’t get a receipt and I live far away. Guess I’m out the $8 and change.

Went through the drive thru. No one was at the first window when we pulled up so we went to the second window. The employee made us back up in the drive thru to the first window because she didnt have a cash register at that window. That is so unsafe.The girl could have taken the card and walked to the register and run the card. Ordered food for 3 people and received zero napkins. Is this some kind of joke. This lication is shot.
While the staff was friendly, at 8 am on a Sunday they had no ice, no croissants and the restaurant was filled with smoke. We were the only ones there and only 1 other person came in when we were eating, so I guess people are avoiding this place.

We could see a lot more better service through our local Burger King. Tables wiped down after use, ice in the soda machine, leak in roof fixed, men's bathroom out of service. Needless to say no more..

I hadn’t had Burger King in almost a year. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, and unfortunately, while eating one, I found a long, thick piece of hair in it and got stuck in my mouth, I had to pull it out. It was disgusting and completely ruined the meal. Maybe it’s time to reinforce hygiene protocols—like wearing hats or hairnets—especially when handling food. This experience reminded me why I prefer cooking at home, where I don’t have to worry about someone else’s hygiene affecting my food or health
