While the staff was friendly, at 8 am on a Sunday they had no ice, no croissants and the restaurant was filled with smoke. We were the only ones there and only 1 other person came in when we were eating, so I guess people are avoiding this place.

No ice, no coca cola, burgers were cold. Very unhappy and I love Burger King. They didnt even attempt to fix things.

We could see a lot more better service through our local Burger King. Tables wiped down after use, ice in the soda machine, leak in roof fixed, men's bathroom out of service. Needless to say no more..

I hadn’t had Burger King in almost a year. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, and unfortunately, while eating one, I found a long, thick piece of hair in it and got stuck in my mouth, I had to pull it out. It was disgusting and completely ruined the meal. Maybe it’s time to reinforce hygiene protocols—like wearing hats or hairnets—especially when handling food. This experience reminded me why I prefer cooking at home, where I don’t have to worry about someone else’s hygiene affecting my food or health

Rude rude rude. Do not go to this BK. So I ordered a 5 meal and it rang up like 8.36, so I asked how a 5 meal rings up 8.36. I pull up to get my food and they would not give me the food. They said I was rude when I complained about getting screwed on the price. So I left, group of idiots, not well trained at this BK. Do Not go here, wendys is just down the street avmuch better option and better food.
Terrible place... Employees not trained, running around not knowing what their doing. Wrong food, cold food, waiting 30 minutes for food. Owner needs to shut down and re- organize before the business goes out of business!

A majority of the time when I come here they have no bacon. I generally place mobile orders and they dont tell me at the speaker that they have no bacon, nor do they offer a refund or even a partial refund.
If they're really are out of bacon they need to be better with stock. If they just dont feel like making more they need to stop being lazy.
Also not sure if the employees control this or not, the lights in the parking lot aren't on some nights making it look like they aren't open.

Store was dirty, food wasn't correct, service was poor. Employee tied their shoes then went bake to packing orders without washing. Overall poor experience.

Food and service at this Burger King are consistently subpar. Food is commonly lukewarm or cold. Service is generally pretty unfriendly. Much better locations in the area to choose from.
