Rude worker at the drive thru window, was given the wrong drink then given attitude again to remake it. It was iced tea, probably the easiest drink to make.

they refuse to give me my donuts multiple times and they never give me any bacon and it never has maple they always give me extra ice when I say light ice floor is super dirty and sticky workers are very rude bad atmosphere. I have been a very loyal customer so this is very disappointing. Would not recommend going to the Canandaigua Dunkin be more like Farmington

I've been here multiple times, EVERY time I order a large regular hot coffee. Cream and sugar. EVERY TIME it has tasted like water. This morning was the worst. It doesn't even taste like coffee. It tastes like dirty water with cream added to it to try to hide the dirt taste. I would have sent it back but I was in a rush to get to work. TERRIBLE PLACE

Clean with fast service, typical DD fare. Great place to grab a coffee and head to the pier
Sep 20th went out on my Motorcycle with a buddy. Staff seemed frantic 1 man looked like he was trying to keep the place running and trying to get everything done. One girl was 2 n half hours late as she stated. When I asked for a fork for my hash browns she just chucked a handful at me. And it took about 20 minutes for my order to even be taken. Just standing around with no one else there but me and my buddy. Not recommended to go here Saturday afternoons. Was kinda nuts to watch honestly. Hope that one guy gets a better job or at least competent coworkers

Gave us the wrong coffee when we said something to the lady at the window she became rude then asked for the coffee back instead of making us what we ordered she just took the sticker off of the wrong order and squirted caramel in it and gave back to us like we wouldn't notice

Ordered a shaken expresso to only get served flavored ice milk when I only requested one creamer. The young girl working the drive thru 9/20 430 pm is incredibly rude as well. Spend the extra money and try somewhere else.
