This location has horrible customer service. Ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. They had to repeat our order back like 10 times. Still couldn’t get it right. The employees were laughing and messing around. The floors were covered in garbage. Place looked a mess. You would have thought we ordered the whole menu. I’d highly suggest some staff changes.

Order was wrong. When calling the store the person who answered was rude. Very poor customer service was poor when trying to explain the reason I was calling. I just hung up as she want letting me finish my sentence.

Serious lack of donuts for a donut shop! Got coffee and breakfast. Luckily, we ordered via the app because we couldn't get anyone's attention to buy donuts! It didn't matter because they had no donuts left at 7am!!!

Though the crew definitely makes your order correctly, although it can take 2-3x as long as it should.
Ensuring your employees are cross-trained and attentive is an easy way to rectify this.
