Great place for a good meal

We shouldn't have to be here for two hours when coming to this restaurant. It wasn't even busy for friday night. The waitress was nowhere to be found. The food was cold. Another waitress was the one that brought the check to us. Haven't been here in a while. Nothing's changed. Won't be backed anytime soon.

Good food and service!!

Well….our party of 12 had a rez. We were seated, given menus and the waiter took our drink order. Those took 15 minutes to serve. Our food order took 45+ minutes and dishes were delivered in stages. Most of the group ordered burgers and many were delivered as they were finished. One was burnt that it was charred and inedible. Other entrees were brought out as they were done. Our waiter didn’t return for 20+ minutes as she was busy taking care of a personal issue. Ok, but ask another staff person to check on our table. Overall, food was inconsistent. Service was poor which indicates staff is poorly trained. Someone with our group left and ordered Chinese food from across the street and returned before we all got our food. Large parties are tricky to serve, but figure it out if you want patrons to return. Lastly, the server was ill-informed about the hot wing sauces. The wings with sauce were so hot they were inedible and returning them for another choice was not offered.

Only good part of our visit was the server. He did his best to make our time there as enjoyable as he could. Food took forever & wasn't great. Thank you to him tho.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress was Jenna and she was absolutely incredible, we didn’t have to ask for a refill once she was on top of it! We had two appetizers: Buffalo Chicken Dip and Spinach and Artichoke Dip, they were both incredible! The spinach and artichoke dip had a tasty layer of cheese on top and the Buffalo chicken dip definitely had some heat but in the best way, sooo good! I ended up ordering the Jack’d n cheese after Jenna helped me pick and it was so good! It was spicy, creamy, the tenders were nice and crispy, everything about it was just phenomenal, also the cheese left in the bottom of the skillet is perfect for dipping chips and fries into! My parents and partner got the meatball sub and they couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. We will definitely be back, and really hope Jenna is our waitress again!

Rubin was an embarrassment for an Irish Pub rste it a less than 1; French onion soup cane out lukewarm and was crazy salty.
Only gave a Two to be fair to the staff who were great

Great local spot. Very good menu, rotating beer taps and very helpful / friendly staff. When we can't decide on dinner we stop here, rotating specials are a bonus. Rarely is there a wait too

What a sad excuse for a wait staff. Came into the restaurant and was sitting there with only one other table with people at it and three or four girls standing around. It took about 8 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we had entered the premises. When we finally got a menu and water she was gone for another 12 minutes. I had the steakhouse salad and apparently they must be out of cucumbers. Sad to say but it was a real let down compared to past visits..
