I tried the new KFC pizza which is basically chicken Parm with pepperoni on top. It was really good. I also got chicken nuggets with buffalo ranch so good and also a mashed potato bowl with mashed potatoes, fries, bacon crumbles and cheese and sauce cheese. They were all so good.
Had ordered 2 famous bowls while visiting family and drove home about 15mins late at night away and only got one order went back a different time to explain and see if they would replace it and get more food and acted like they were going to replace it and also ordered another order but after the food was done they told us sorry we didn't call ahead and said it was corporate policy and really didn't care about the food being replaced was just not treated right and they try to just explain that it was corporate policy

EVERY time I go to this KFC restaurant the food is disgusting. I am thouroughly disappointed and angry that they are supposed to specially make crispy chicken, yet every time I end up with soggy, nasty, rubbery pieces of chicken. Do it right or don't do it at all.

Over priced under cooked everything! Worst KFC in the Country! People pay anywhere $20-$40 to feed their families and they refuse plates, napkins and silverware. The Farmington NY location on rte. 332 is worth the couple minute extra drive.

Drive through was rude I believe she’s a manager . Then I had asked for 2 plates and offered to pay for them . She says No we don’t give out plates unless you eat inside and just walked
