Impeccable! Classic menu - our food was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Great place to meet with family or friends and connect in an elevated atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
For the most part, the good was very good. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. My companion added scallops to his meal...$21 is a bit much for 2 scallops! It was our server's first night of working solo. While she did a wonderful job, I feel she was a bit too attentive. All in all, a lovely meal and would return again for a special occasion but not a frequent outing as just a bit more expensive than one can afford on a regular basis.
Saturday night dinner after Illuminate Canandaigua. My NY strip steak was delicious! My wife's ribeye was thin and overcooked. Potato side dish was long on cheese and short on potato. Salads had lots of brown ends; didn't taste fresh. Croutons on the salads were stale. We passed on dessert and after-dinner drinks at Nick's and went to another local establishment to finish our evening on a more positive vibe. Service from Danielle was pleasant and friendly. Nice...
