This was a fabulous meal! Calimari to start-light tender and crispy. Wedge salad (been wanting to order this...it was spectacular and worth every penny). Prime Rib & lobster tail for dinner ( cannot say which was better. They both melted in your mouth).Creme Brule for dessert (i loved it!)We sat in a booth...fireplace set to...perfect. Service was stellar! This was an evening to remember! Thank you!

Nolan's is a local treasure and it's always a treat to visit here. It's a beautiful new building with amazing staff. My husband had the Captain's Platter which he loved. I ordered the Asiago Scallops and was disappointed. I was intrigued to think two of my favorite things were combined into one dish but it really didn't have enough influence from the cheese for the word Asiago to be included in the name of the dish. It was just sprinkled on top in tiny amounts. The spiced tomatoes were far more "flavor forward."Make no mistake, I highly recommend this restaurant, just not the scallops entree.

It was my husband's and my first visit. The restaurant is nice inside and out, comfortable inside and spacious. Some of the food was really good, and some could use improvement. I didn't feel like my French onion soup had that homemade taste. I've had much better. We had lunch and brought home 2 lunches. My husband's potato salad was weird, to say the least. It was like mashed potatoes only with cottage cheese size potatoes. I called the restaurant, and the manager said they put the leftover mashed potatoes from the night before into the potato salad. I was shocked and told her to tell the cook that's not what someone is expecting nor does it look or taste good. I called them a cook because I don't believe there were chefs cooking. My chicken sandwich had a seasoning that didn't seem a right fit. There were also no homemade specials available. That was disappointing.

We had a very friendly, knowledgeable server, who obviously enjoys her job. Nick came over before we left and that is always much appreciated. The food was very good, and we were not rushed; our dinners came out in a very timely manner.

Nolan’s, take your wife here.My husband and I often travel down to Nolan’s for our Anniversary dinner and are never disappointed. For the price, you are getting a wonderful meal and they aim to please each and every customer, so you can rest that your satisfaction is a priority to them. This is imperative at their price range, so I am well pleased. We started our meal with some splurging; mushroom caps, shrimp cocktail and seafood chowder! Sorry Nolan’s, I can’t believe i’m saying this but Leaf & Bean’s Lobster Bisque has you beat! Nolan’s seafood chowder is still fabulous, nonetheless. Even though we were already full, the Anniversary feast continued with a delicious dinner of Asiago Scallops (hold the cheese please) and a Captains Plate, which consists of filet Mignon and a luscious lobster tail. They were delicious and we were begging each other to share! Our meals were prepared correctly by their excellent chef’ and yes even the Lobster was perfectly cooked! (My husband knows how to cook lobster, he’s from Maine.)Nolan’s is/was clean, well maintained, well landscaped, and the wait staff was truly respectful and accommodating. We absolutely look forward to our trip every year!

Amazing! On the day I ate here for the first time, I chocked on Calamari. My partner at the saved my life when he did the Heimlich on me and later that day we convinced my first baby. A beautiful baby girl named Adore Grace. Nolan’s is a special place. I love everything about this place.

Me and my husband went to Nolan's for dinner.. I read reviews and seen pics and all was talking great about this restaurant and mentioning on how good the food was as well .. my biggest mistake was not calling the restaurant to see if they had a great gluten free menu which they only had about 5 things on their menu.. I don't eat any kind of meat at all so I had to stick to a salad ? and two lobster tails that where nasty I had way better lobster tails before so disappointed ? will never go there again.. and for my husband food poor thing waited one hour and 1/2 to get his steak ? which he didn't even finish.. and the check came up to $120 dollars ? very expensive restaurant for nothing we won't be back we don't mind spending money on good food but chachoo that was a waste..

NON LOCALS BEWAREIn town on a whim, tried this place yesterday for lunch. As we enjoyed our drink, locals with young children were sitting at the bar. They were loud and disruptive but tolerable until the hostess came over and was messing with the little girl's earring, which made her cry, loudly. The bartender was inattentive and borderline dismissive to us but friendly to all the regulars. Lunch was was a cool 100 bucks but acceptable. We ended up staying at the Lake House next door for a couple nights and decided to try Nolan's for dinner tonight hoping for a more pleasurable experience. The food was decent but the bartender, an older gentleman with the personality of an ice cube tray, stood behind the bar acting annoyed at every customer that obviously wasn't a regular. A younger kid stood against the back bar cooler with arms folded doing little but making everyone feel watched and had a loud conversation 10 feet away with a local that everyone else had to endure. The background music was more appropriate of a dance club than a higher end restaurant. In the end, over 2 days, we spent close to 400 dollars on two meals. Wanted to love it but in the end, the price point does not match the service or experience unless you are fortunate enough to be a local. We spend a lot on vacation and choose higher end places, regardless of price...we want the customer experience. This was not the place to fulfill this.Next time we're in town, we will choose somewhere else that seems appreciative of tourism dollars. The Rose Tavern next door was friendly, attentive and we didn't feel like we should immediately cash out and move on.

My wife and I went to Nolan's on a date night and had a great time. We made a reservation online and went in a little early because we could see they were busy and they even seated us a little early. Our waitress was very accommodating to us and very helpful in making sure we had everything before we left. A large party (maybe of 5-7) who were already slightly intoxicated, were loud the entire time that we were there, however it didn't take away from our date night or the ambiance of it. We enjoyed our food and our waitress was very helpful in making sure we had everything despite being busy.

Celebrated our anniversary at Nolan's, and what a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in the door we felt so welcomed. Everyone was so nice! Food was absolutely outstanding. Definitely will return!
