Love it. It my favorite place to stop by! I can't explain how much I love and pleasure with them. You should stop by there. If you have questions or need help about diet for foods and workout.

My Fiance, son and I always stop here on the weekend while we do some laundry! Since last year ive lost 75 pounds and my Fiance has lost 30 and its so nice to be part of the fitness community as a whole! This place is no exception the staff make you feel like family! Losing weight has steered me away from fast food and sugary treats so it is awesome to have a store to be excited to go to each week and grabe a protien shake or two! The supplements by 1st phorm are amazing and we look forward to getting some meals as well! Thank you for making us feel like part of the family from day one and look forward to seeing you all this weekend!

Restaurant prices for frozen food?!? They are so cheap they only have one microwave. Imagine you show up and there are four people in line ahead of you for that microwave - you’re waiting 20 minutes, minimum, before you have hot food. It’s not like microwaves are expensive! Let’s say you did not plan on eating there and you only want to take it home, you’re still paying twice as much as going a few doors down to Wegmans and getting something just as good but not frozen (no matter how hard you try reheating/microwaving pasta does not work well). Bad idea, horrible execution. Plastic, plastic, plastic everything and they will not even recycle your juice bottle when you’re done. All those positive reviews are exceptionally suspect, even where college students are their main customers.

The staff are very friendly and they greet you when you make an entrance. They have healthier food options than most restaurants, including food for all diets, and their business is always clean.

My whole family loves stopping in for shakes. Staff is always friendly and eager to answer any questions you might about supplements and products. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is always so kind and helpful. I haven’t had a shake I didn’t like coming here. I come here weekly, and it’s always great!

I love it here. I come after every workout for a shake, and they’ve been so helpful setting up a meal plan. I always feel welcomed, and they know my order before I even ask for it.

Every experience I’ve had at PLN in Canandaigua has been nothing shy of amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable when navigating something that can be really difficult. Bonus: the shakes are AMAZING.

PLN is the best place for all your healthy options for shakes, food, bars and protein balls!!! And everything is DELICIOUS!! The staff there are so friendly and helpful!! 🤗 Oh and they make the best and funniest vidoes!! You’ll always learn something new by watching!!

Amazing and welcoming staff,owners and atmosphere. I tend to be a bit intimidated by anything to do with fitness and healthy life changes, but these guys always make ke feel comfortable and definitely never judged. Stop in and try a shake!! I recommend peanutbutter pie..my fav!!!
