This is now the only subway in town. Used to be three total. I tried it once many years ago. My impression was they were cheap and skimpy with portions. At the time they also didn't participate in Subway's corporate promotions.
I was helped out by Amanda, she was cheery and attentive. 10/10 I will be coming back

They are stingy with toppings and the protein. We quickly changed our mind for the catering here.

October 7, 2025, I ordered (online) two footlong sandwiches via Subway's buy one and receive the second for one dollar promotion. It appears the preparer constructed the sandwiches using the equivalent of ingredients for one sandwich. I think this is a shoddy and unacceptable business practice. Additionally, I'm aware self-report surveys are known for subjectiveness, but another review platform rates the franchise as 2.4 overall.

The people who made our sandwichs didn't listen to what we asked for on the subs. And the veggies were half frozen along with the containers they were stored in.

The employees type on the computer keyboard at the checkout with the same gloves they prepare the food with. Their English is bad so they do not get your order right, nor can they explain the menu either. Overall this is a bad experience.

It doesn't matter what language you speak. Everyone can recognize when someone's talking badly about you. When they look at you and laugh and then turn to each other and say something, it doesn't feel great.

I didn't get the name of the older lady working today. As I was patient and considerate of her being short staffed until 2pm, I waited for her to finish with gas station side customers. There was a another gentleman that came in and waited for subway as well. When she finished with the other customers for gas we where met with her complaining about having to even make subs in the first place. Her words where " just so you know this subway part is done in may. I don't cook at home and I will be damn if I make anymore men food outside my home." I find this odd because this location is also a crosby's which makes food items as well for customers. Didn't appreciate the customer service I received and if subway is leaving this location in may I'd say it's a good thing. This employee is not a good image for both companies.

I asked for jalepenos, he gave me like four. I asked for more and he said I would be charged extra?? They skipped out on everything! Go to the gas station subway, it’s better.

Younger guy has a pretty off-putting attitude, older guy is respectful as can be. Don't know if it's a language barrier thing if it is I apologize, but normally that's at least met with an understanding smile as opposed to a scowl. My guy put like a tablespoon of every ingredient here too. ?

Thy have no idea what light or a little bit means, close 30-45 min earlier all the time
