Hometown Pizzeria Canastota

My husband and I were on an anniversary trip to Salem MA and passed through here. I'm originally from Chicago and I wanted a pizza as good as Chicago, so decided to try NY pizza. This place did not disappoint! We ordered slices of pizza but he made sure to make them fresh for us. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Had better gas station pizza jus terrible order a large got a medium does it matter

We wanted to puck up food on our way home and decided to give Hometown a try. I am personally a pizza and wing SNOB. These guys nailed it! The wings were PERFECT (extra crispy) and the pizza was AMAZING! It's a little out of the way to order from them regularly... but any time we're rolling through Canastota I'm getting food here!

Pizza and wings and also their subs are amazing ! My husbands work orders lunches on Saturday in Oneida at a car dealership. We started ordering now for our home. Their menu is great . You have to try their food ! So so good ! The people are so nice !

AND THATS BEING NICEPLACED ORDER WAS TOLD 30 MINUTES JUST UNDER AN HOUR TO RECEIVE ASKED FOR SWEET AND SOUR GOT SPICY ORDERED A SUB LETS CUT THE ROLL IN HALF SO IT CAN'T BE EATEN LIKE A SUBWILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS PLACESO DISAPPOINTING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY - WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I wanted slices...NO slices! I wanted fountain soda...NO! I ordered a CALZONE with sausage, peppers, and pepperoni! The Calzone was very UNDERCOOKED!! ? The "marinara" dipping sauce tasted like raw crushed tomatoes!! ?. The only good part...the guy at the counter (who took my order) seemed cool. Other than that...I do NOT recommend this place!! At the very least, don't order a calzone! At least the bottled Pepsi was good! ?
