Went here after a pop warner football game. Staff was super nice, prices were reasonable. Food just wasn't very good. And it takes a lot for me to speak ill of pizza.

Food was alright, not the best pizza but better than other places in Canastota, wings were great. Service was good. After trying other places for pizza around Canastota, this will probably be my go to.

I hate giving a poor review but…Whatever they say for delivery time double it. Way late with their deliveries every time. I agree with the review about the food quality. Might as well get gas station pizza. Just as good at a fraction of the price.

We had our usual order delivered this evening and everything was absolutely perfect! The wings were perfectly crispy and everything was hot, delicious and delivered quickly!!!

This used to be a Mark’s and they should not have tried to do it in their own. Pizza was comparable to gas station pizza. Nice lady working there, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. I expect their days in business are numbered

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was so bad I felt like I had to. The older gentleman who took my order was very rude to my brother and I, when we weren’t giving any kind of attitude at all. He seemed very irritated and annoyed that I was ordering food for my family and wanted to make sure I got it all correct. I understand we were in a serious power outage, but that doesn’t mean you can be disrespectful to customers. At least try to pretend you don’t hate your job.
The food itself was fine. French fries were good. I got an Alfredo which really wasn’t all that much, but it was food I guess. They also messed up the wrap that I got for my mother.
Inside the restaurant is very dead. It looks like a food court at a dead shopping mall. There was a whole Christmas tree up on display as well as little decorations celebrating Christmas. There’s one long table, then a regular sized table, a tv with no signal on the wall, and just a very empty spacious dining room.
Again, I don’t usually write reviews, but Jesus Christ guys. This was just bad.

The food was amazing! The pizza crust was the perfect mix of soft and fluffy, yet had a crunchy bite to the exterior. The sauce used on the pizza was the perfect mix of excellent tomatoes, basil, and a hunt of garlic. If you can't get the crust and sauce right, don't make pizza! This was some of the best I've had in a while!

My husband and I were on an anniversary trip to Salem MA and passed through here. I'm originally from Chicago and I wanted a pizza as good as Chicago, so decided to try NY pizza. This place did not disappoint! We ordered slices of pizza but he made sure to make them fresh for us. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Had better gas station pizza jus terrible order a large got a medium does it matter
We wanted to puck up food on our way home and decided to give Hometown a try. I am personally a pizza and wing SNOB. These guys nailed it! The wings were PERFECT (extra crispy) and the pizza was AMAZING! It's a little out of the way to order from them regularly... but any time we're rolling through Canastota I'm getting food here!
