“Ordered through UberEats which was quick. The food was packaged nicely and arrived hot and fresh.
I had the Oreo Waffles with saucy tenders. While they overdid it with the Oreos which made the waffle very sweet, the waffle itself was tasty. The tenders were great, they put adequate amount of sauce and the chicken was tender.
Co-worker had wings and fries which he gave rave review for.

Overall, a great addition to our rotation of take out restaurants. I would recommend this spot.“

“Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

“AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. “We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

“We went in for an early lunch around 11 am. We had been wanting to go to try some halal korean food for long. They do have halal certifications on their wall, but they also serve alcohol there. We asked the attendant, and he confirmed that they do serve alcohol but they make sure not to contaminate the rest. Its a full service restaurant.

We ordered:

1. Crazy nachos 6/10
2. Bulgogi over rice 9/10
3. Korean fried chicken drumsticks and thighs (sweet chili) 6/10
4. Crispy chicken burger 7/10
5. Strawberry lychee tea without boba

Crazy nachos were good, but i think for $20 its bit expensive as there were too many chips with not enough toppings.

We didn't want to go with super spicy, so we ordered spice level 2 sweet chili fried chicken. We think it's more on the sweeter side than chilies as being on level 2 there should have been a little tiny kick. We did request them to give us some mango habenero sauce on the side. He was kind enough to serve some. It tasted well and had that spice kick. Fried chicken was crispy, crunchy, and juicy.

Bulgogi over rice was our favorite. Beef was well cooked and well seasoned. It was missing the egg on top. We didnt realize until later.

Crispy chicken sandwich was nothing crazy but good. Fries tasted fresh.

Strawberry lychee tea was good. Loved the way they serve it. As we were one of 1st customers of the day, the attendant said he won't be able to add bobba as it takes some time to prepare it. Which worked for us as we are not a big fan of it anyway.

The attendant was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The Washroom was a bit old and not super tidy. He mentioned the wait time for food would be 20 to 25 minutes, but I think we got all a little earlier.

So overall, it was a good experience.“

“The Smashburger was outstanding!! It comes with mozzarella sticks, cheese, pickles and delicious sauce. French fries are phenomenal and the new young management is nothing but a gentlemen. He knows exactly what he is doing and can cook! Definitely will be making another trip to this spot!“

“I ordered takeout from Chapli and Chips. I ordered the beef chapli and the chicken chapli and it was off the hook. I highly recommend the kicker sauce and the hot sauce. “So today I was craving fried chicken and I was thinking KFC sucks. Popeyes is OK I went to that new one in Merrick Campo something it was alright let me tell you this place is outrageous Best Korean fried chicken I ever had. The pieces are gorgeous and meaty and the skin is amazing. You know the batter I show my new place love love love it. The rest of the Chinese food is really good too let me tell you. “Their pizza is the bomb! My compliments to the chef. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and courteous. The presentation of the pizza was neat and lovely. On my drive home from the restaurant, the smell was awesome, and I couldn't wait to get home, so I could dig in! The pizza tasted as great as it smelled. I will be visiting them again as soon as possible.
Just to update: I have visited them 3 times since my first time and I have to say their pizzas are great! I've tried three different varieties, and you can taste the difference being that it's halal, you can taste the difference in how healthy the ingredients are, you're getting better quality ingredients and better quality food. I take time out to drive miles to them just have their food because the service and the atmosphere it's always great they're so pleasant with you, they treat their customers like they're family that they haven't seen in a long time that they missed. The chef Gurbinder does a fantastic job and the presentation is always great.“

So I had a crazy few days lol. I went to the Nelly/Ja Rule/Eve concert, the next day I worked and drove my son and I out to WildWood, NJ to participate in a short part of my boyfriend's annual family vacation, Tuesday night I left Wildwood at 10 PM because I had a notary class Wednesday. After the concert my friend Jen told me she was going to be here with her other friends. So I went to meet them because I didn't get to see them during the concert. Jen is so amazing she's very generous with me even though she doesn't have to be, so she paid for my burger that I ordered here because I didn't eat dinner and when I got to Boss Crocker's I was hungry. I gave the bartender a $20 tip because if someone pays for my meal I like to pay it forward and give the waitstaff or bartender a banger tip.

The bacon cheeseburger was very good. They made it very fast, I don't know if it was the hunger but I loved it. They made it medium rare at my request and it was one of the best burgers I ever scarfed down.

The bar was a pretty good environment, it was a pretty chill crowd for a Sunday night, more packed than I thought it would be. I can't say much about the drinks I only drank water but give Boss Crocker's a chance!“

“I live in Wantagh and have been to Dang many, many times. The food is great, the service is fantaststic and I would rate you a 10 out of 10 but for one thing...the MUSIC is horrible! It is the same songs by the same artist every time we attend and it is about 50% too loud as well. I like country music and it is appropriate but please, get some decent country music that has some classics and recognizable artists. Today, we had a great lunch and our waitress, Kaitlin, was wonderful. But we skipped desert because we just could not take any more of the terrible music. I know others who share my opinion. Please, put a cherry on the cake and play some decent music we all can enjoy and keep the volume reasonabe. It should be background music, not overpowering. Cordially, Vinny Vincent Ciro 👍“

“AWESOME wings. I’ve been getting these wings the past few weeks, and they are perfect. They have the perfect amount of breading on the wings and its not too much. Same goes for the sauces. They have the perfect amount of sauce on the wings and a great selection of sauces to choose from. I got 2 trays both with nice saucy, warm wings and each must of had a handful of cold fries. Literally the soggiest, coldest fries I've gotten from a restaurant.
