“This is my go to spot when I’m craving fried chicken and ribs.

The chicken n rib combo never disappoints when it’s freshly made. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the ribs are saucy and tender, and the cornbread is one of my favorite parts of the meal (soft, slightly sweet, and freshly made).

Whether you order inside or through the drive-thru, the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. They move pretty quickly too, which I appreciate.

“El Rincón Dominicano is a restaurant in Hempstead known for its delicious Dominican and Spanish food. We ordered the chicharrón which was moist and crisp. Just the way it should be cooked. I had the grilled stead. It was very flavorful and tender. My niece had the skirt steak which was out of this world. The steak melted in your mouth. My sister-ion-law had the pernil which is her favorite. The food is cooked to perfection, and we left with plenty for another meal. The staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive, providing great customer service. Parking is a bit of an issue, but we were lucky in getting a spot in the lot. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you are offered. El Rincón Dominicano is well-loved by my family. While we live in NJ, we will visit again.“

“Pretty good service and clean place !! The boneless wings with barbecue sauce is the best !! Fries are okay but the mozzarella sticks are yummy, I love how perfectly crunchy they are !! Their Lemonades are also very refreshing so definitely come here for a lemonade during the summer !! (Or on hot days) also quick warning, the lemonades have fruit chunks, but they actually make the drink even better, kinda reminds me of boba tea with the tapioca pearls in it.“

“I have nothing but good things to say about this place and it's a lifesaver. The workers are so friendly. Especially the Lady that's like the right hand to the owner of this place. ( Sorry I can't remember her name, but her son name is Fernando and sometimes he helps out) Food is delicious. Love their roasted chicken and love how they allow me to customize my scrambled eggs every morning. Rather if I want broccoli 🥦 added, chopped chicken cutlet in it or chopped steak and onions in it this woman I'm speaking of never complains. I also noticed whenever they handle the money, they always wash their hands before they prepare your food. Has a variety of drinks. Place is clean and very reasonable. All these reasons is why I come here everyday. I believe they also own the butcher/ fruit stand nextdoor and I love that place too. I get my fresh juices and smoothies there. Roxanna is one of the workers there and she's just a Joy. Whatever shake/ juice idea I have. She makes it. No problem. These two places are gems and I go nowhere else. Glad they're close to where I work. Hope they never leave or never go out of business. They're great to the Hempstead community. I definitely recommend this place and the fruit stand/butcher place nextdoor.“
