“food was amazing , tastes really good. i got the 4 pc hot honey boneless wings, a spicy chicken sandwich, and some fries, and all of it was amazing. i loved the fries in particular: crispy and very well seasoned. Service was great too: food came fast, and staff was very friendly. the establishment is very clean and looks great on the inside , room for sitting and eating . I will definitely be back very soon.

“I’m out in the field working in #Lynbrook, I couldn't resist indulging in some junk food for lunch today, and I chose to visit the KFC in Lynbrook. Let me tell you, it was an excellent decision! The moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the great service and the modern, clean layout of the restaurant. The staff at this KFC location truly deserves recognition. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. I had a wonderful conversation with Osairas, one of the employees who is juggling school and work. It's inspiring to see such dedication! Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the nuggets. These little delights were introduced to me by another KFC employee earlier this week, and I have to say they're simply addictive. In my opinion, they surpass any competition out there. I paired them with a side order of corn and added some creamy mashed potatoes to complete the meal. To wash it all down, I enjoyed a refreshing fountain soda drink. Although this may be my last week indulging in fast food, as I'm starting my 75 Hard workout challenge next week, I can confidently say that KFC in Lynbrook is worth recommending. “I am absolutely love The Golden Griller Halal, everything we ordered was amazing. Their jerk chicken has the perfect smoky kick, and pairing it with those sweet, caramelized plantains is a total game-changer. The jerk chicken quesadilla is cheesy, and savory, and the crispy chicken platter was crunchy and packed with flavor. To top it all off, I made the lemonade and Rachel's homemade cookies were soft, fresh, and the perfect sweet finish!“

Regarding the food:

Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.

Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.

King Salmon: Quite tender.

Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.

Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

Went with a friend and ordered two combos—great value and basically covers everything you’d want 😋

🍗 Wings + drumsticks were super juicy with a thin, crispy coating. Tons of sauce options—Soy Garlic is a must, and Yummy Red has a real kick (even the medium is spicy 🥵 but so addictive).

🍗 Boneless combo was also solid—got it with a bun and turned it into a chicken sandwich 🍔 so satisfying. The tteokbokki was chewy and flavorful, and adding ramen made it even better.

They also have other Korean dishes, plus mocktails and beer. Definitely a great late-night spot 🔥“

“AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. “We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

“Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

“I have been going to this spot for over 25 years and until tonight n once before have not had a rude server. The young man working the window tonight 5/04/26 needs to be put in the back. He wanted to take my card as I placed my order n when I said how much is it he started adding in his head n when I said go pack n ring the order first he slammed the window. Then instead of telling me they had no wings or verifying my order he just packed it n showed me what he was gonna give me. Never spoke to me to say what he was doing. When he came for the card he still never said how much it was he just slammed the window again. “I used to get chicken from the a flushing location, but this one is more convenient for me. I love that it’s not just chicken burgers. I can’t eat carbs anymore, but sometimes I’m craving fried chicken. I love their fried chicken wings and drumettes. It’s so flavorful. They definitely use a bit of curry powder for seasoning. I get the mild. Their spicy can get very spicy for me. Next time I will try the roast wings or whole chicken. It’s well seasoned, chicken is crunchy, and the value for the money I paid is great! This is not really a sit down place. You can but it’s fairly no frills. Best for takeout and delivery. It’s a mom and pop shop so happy to help out. Also, the chicken isn’t overly salted like Popeyes. Good for a fried chicken fix without raising my blood pressure :)“
