Typically Ihave to add salt and pepper. The soup here is awesome with no seasoning help. The house lomein ingredients were as fresh as you can get. The chicken was flavorful and spring was tasty! I am so glad I found you today!“

The service was just as outstanding as the food. Our server was so kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful conversation with her as she shared stories about her life and explained each dish to us. She frequently stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for.

One of the most heartwarming parts of our visit was meeting their daughter, who was selling handmade bracelets to save money for college. It was such a wholesome touch and made the experience even more memorable.

“We stopped here on a weekday and ordered hot and sour soup, which was absolutely amazing! We also ordered the egg fried rice and the vegetable chow fun, which was made perfectly spicy and delicious. Yung who took our order was extremely friendly as well. Will definitely be back to try some of the other staple items.“

Once seated, service was prompt - tea is on the house. You get equipped with a tea cup, a ladle and bowl, and a side plate. We asked Google Maps AI on what to order - and loved the suggestions. We went with the House Special crossing-the-bridge rice noodles. It's basically a hot pot, just that it's served on an elaborate wooden tray. Lamb skewers were dry, soft, flavorful. Shanghai soup dumplings were steaming hot - I'm partial to soup dumplings anyway so I loved them. Fried rice and Tujia sauce scallion pancakes were loved across the table. Shrimp tempura was freshly fried in fresh oil. Popcorn chicken kept the picky eaters happy. Papaya salad was spicy.

We skipped dessert.

Overall - a wonderful dinner experience, by far the best restaurant in that particular shopping complex (there are several sharing the same parking lot). Would love to return!“

“We catered a great lunch for 15 which included Gen Tso Chicken, chicken with mixed. Veggies, beef lo mein, fried rice , egg rolls and spare ribs- everyone loved it! The ingredients were so fresh, very high quality meats and they were cooked perfectly. It was less than $20 pp and so much leftover that they all took some home. I very highly recommend Ming’s!“

I live close by and I’m on kid duty on Saturdays so I always order from here.

I always get the same woman and she cracks me up. Knows my address from the system and my order usually but then will just randomly throw me a Wan ton soup for no reason. I keep the quart for my dad because he loves it but you just don’t get stuff like that anymore. That’s how you treat people in the community.

Portions are solid too. I feel like you get a good amount for your money. Also rare nowadays. Delivery can sometimes take awhile but I like my Chinese places busy and fresh. I’m a sesame chicken guy and sometimes I need a little extra sauce but that’s the extent of any “issues”.

“It's not dine in. I ordered on UE first but then started picking up to avoid all of the tacked on costs. Best egg rolls ever! They don't seem to reuse the oil so much that they taste off and they somehow have always made them so they're never dripping with oil. Obviously I haven't had a good egg roll in a while.

They also actually listen to preferences. I always ask for crunchy broccoli and am so disappointed when I get overcooked or soggy broccoli that will never reheat well. They have done this consistently. My go to Chinese spot now!“
