Panera bread on Old Country Rd. has the most amazing managers who have a marvelous personality when it comes to making their customers feel like they are important to their business brand. I will remain a loyal supporter and for the record the food is absolutely delicious.
Thank you so much! I ordered on the app after my shift from work and I knew it was most likely to be the last order for pick up. The staff was super friendly and didn’t have an attitude. They were kind and even though I was tired and they were tired after a long day at work (I am a RN) made me smile when I picked up my order. The power of kindness ?… oh yes and the food was delicious- obviously ?
