I had a small room with 2 twin beds. The only complaint is that the mattresses were too soft and I didn't sleep well but I am used to a firm mattress. The view of middle falls right outside was breathtaking. Peaceful to sit and relax listening to the falls.

I made a reservation in early March for OCTOBER. I cancelled the same day . They kept 40.00 of my money for administrative fees! Ridiculous. My family is from the area and has patronized this place for generations!! Regardless, this is a shame and I think it’s i reasonable.

Nature, views, historical significance and great food! Take the day to enjoy every facet of what makes western New York a great destination. Have you ever seen a mastodon skull? Enjoy a meal at the Inn and then walk across the street and visit the museum! Fascinating!

Beautiful place to stay inside Letchworth state park. Some of the rooms have an amazing view of the waterfall but no matter which room you have you can walk 10ft outside the inn and take in the amazing view.I had my wedding here and it was excellent. The only downside is it's only open for half the year.Nearby activities: It's in a state park with amazing trails and waterfallsWalkability: It's in a state park, idk if the area can get any more walkable.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on the first floor on the inn

Very busy all year round. Walked in without reservations. Waited 20mins to be told there were NO seats available and to come back.... yea right Call first to make reservations, then show up!

This is for the restaurant. It was the only place in the area for food and we just finished taking pictures with the waterfall. Service was okay, we did have to wait awhile to be seated. The food was mediocre. The Applewood smoked trout was good but for the price we should have gotten more quantity like a few more pieces. Entrees were average, nothing that really stuck out in terms of taste or appearance. Prices should either be lowered or add more quantity to the food, since it’s already pricey.

Simple sandwiches and good pie. If this wasn't in the park it would probably be less cool but it is in an old building with the waterfall right outside. Seniors get into the park for free on weekdays. A good meal but nothing groundbreaking.

My family visiting from abroad loved it.The setting is wonderful, gorgeous waiting areas, the parking lot could be in a LOT better shape, though, considering most of the crowds we saw was 60 and up.We came around 14:00 on a Tuesday, so it wasn’t too busy, and we were sat immediately. We had the daily thanksgiving dinner special and two Mediterranean Plates, and the three we were shared bread pudding for dessert. It was all good, and Patrick did a great job, professional and good attention to details.

Love the park. Great place and beautiful scenery. However, the Inn is tired. We’ve stayed in 2 separate rooms within 6 months of each other. The beds need new mattresses. Lumpy, uncomfortable mattresses made for terrible night sleep. Towels are old. Rooms need updated. The food in the dining room is expensive and just not that great. The special of scallops has been the same for ever. It’s not a special anymore if it’s offered every night. The Inn could use a facelift and some TLC.

My wife and went here for dinner on Saturday to celebrate our anniversary, the service was good, but the food was terrible. I got a prime rib that was fatty and cold, and my wife got the filet that looked more like a sirloin and tasted like nothing because it was so dry. She had to dip it in the au jus just make edible.I grew up less than a mile from the park, and I had only been there once before, and that was over 20 years ago, and I do not recall it being this bad.Food & drinks: Save your money. had my wedding here over the summer of 2023, and it was the deal of the century. Not only is it one of the most beautiful locations I could have possibly thought up, but every detail was executed perfectly. I mean, just check out these photos!

Went with a friend for lunch on Tuesday, 10/24. Hostess was rude and waitress was seldom seen. I had pot roast which came in one large chunk. The taste was so awful that I couldn't eat it. My friend had a turkey dinner which was good. The ambience, as it always has been, was wonderful. That is about all the positive I can say. We won't be back.
